    Never shows up during a snow event until evening, long after snow has stopped. Neighbors with a different contractor were plowed twice today, after 11" fell overnight.
    After last call to complain, Mr Little indicated, he doesn't do residential until his business customers are done. Huge mistake. Won't repeat next year.
