House Cleaning reviews in Fort Totten, New York

Finally decided to get my Persian rug cleaned after putting it off for a long time. The pickup was easy to arrange, and the team handled everything very carefully. They explained their rug cleaning process and mentioned the rug would be cleaned at their factory using proper machines. About a week later, it was returned, and the difference was clear right away. The colors looked brighter, and the wool felt soft again. Even the old dirt was completely gone. It still looks natural, just much cleaner.

Dace was wonderful to work with for carpet cleaning our home earlier this week! That is why I write this, completely unprompted, after years of hiatus from writing reviews on Yelp.

He answered my call for a quote and gave me an honest and reasonable quote over the phone as he was very familiar with our neighborhood. We had to move out of our home before the cleaning, I scheduled the cleaning at the last minute, then I had to change the cleaning date, and then changed our service for cleaning an empty place to cleaning around furniture. Yikes!

Through all of that, he was flexible, easy-going, patient, understanding, and very pleasant. It could have been a stressful ordeal, but it wasn't. He was responsive via email, text, and phone. He was punctual, reliable, AND did a great job. I really enjoyed working with him and wholeheartedly recommend D&B Upholstery & Carpet Cleaning Services INC.!
