Chris, the president, inspected the house himself and went as low as the crawl space to as high as the roof and kept us informed in layman’s terms as he went along. I even have called him a few times after the inspection to ask specific questions about the findings and he was able to guide me appropriately. I am so impressed by Christopher. From booking my inspection to receiving my reports I got top notch service. Christopher was so thorough. He documented down to a broken toilet seat. Even my real estate agent was amazed by how thorough and detailed his report was. The turn around time was also amazing - my inspection was Saturday, I had my report by Sunday. Christopher even took the time to pull me aside and discuss all his findings with me before leaving. Chris is the ultimate professional! My wife and I are first time buyers and we’re pretty clueless in regards to real estate, so we weren’t sure what to expect.
