I arrived home from an out of town trip to find Ted excavating for the drywell install, when I told him I would be away. He located the catch basin much to close to the house so water still finds my basement. Plus he tried to charge me $450 for a mark out of the water line which the water company did for free. And he broke the water line anyway. Do not use this company!

After working with North Shore on a 30 unit subdivision, I must admit that I'm pleased with the outcome of the work completed. They have a wide range of services at very reasonable prices. Most companies tend to take the easy route but Ted (owner) always made the right decision, even if it was more difficult to complete.
