First, I'd like to say how pleased I am with Magnum Constructing Group's professionalism and quality of work. They were quick to respond and eager to problem solve. Their attention to detail throughout the construction process was admirable and left nothing to be desired. It will be my pleasure to recommend this company to anyone seeking a hardworking, communicative and responsible construction company and contractor.

I am a resident of Sea Cliff. I hired Magnum Contracting Group to replace my roof after it was damaged by a storm. They did an excellent job dealing with the insurance company and installing the new roof. I high recommend them.

Tim and his crew were amazing. They were able to remove 2 older layers of roofing, & put on a new roof in one day. Any problems were addressed quickly. I would recommend this company. They did a great job, their charges were more reasonable than some other quotes we recieved.

We hired Magnum to replace our roof in October of 2019. They did an excellent job and we are happy with the results. We then decided to renovate our bathroom. We have been in our home for over 15 years now. We desperately needed to renovate the bathroom since the first day we moved in. For years we would have contractors give us estimates that were either too low or extremely high. All of them could not really envision what we wanted. We wanted to open the ceiling up and put a skylight. We also took the linen closet outside of the bathroom for more space giving us a double vanity. We decided on Magnum and we are very happy we did. Tim and his excellent crew gave us an amazing bathroom. It came out even better than I thought it could be. It did take longer than we hoped it would but a lot of that was due to things that were out of their control, such as backorders because of COVID. His team was great. They were always on time, respectful of our home, and paid attention to the details. Pedro, Frank, and Ricky worked tirelessly to give us what we wanted. Pedro even gave us some suggestions such as a towel warmer, which we purchased. Our shower doors were a bit of a headache due to the type of tub we put in, but somehow they made it work and it looks great. We did spend more than we wanted in the end, but that’s because we couldn’t resist the higher-end finishes from Kohler including the new bubble tub and Veil smart toilet. I can’t believe that this is our new bathroom. You are in good hands with using Magnum. Just don’t use them until I’m done with my kitchen!

We were recommended to Magnum Contracting Group/Tim Ricciardi by our neighbors. He and his crew were better than we could have ever expected. We received 3 other estimates for our roof.We chose them because Tim was honest and professional. He explained things that no one else pointed out. They were very thorough and we were so happy with the finished product. They cleaned up so well you would never know they were there. No surprises. After we paid them we had further questions on the roof, warranty etc. and he answered all our calls. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Family business with that personal touch.

I was in desperate need of a roof installation. I wanted to use a local company. I contacted Magnum Contracting Group. I first met Tim. He personally came to my home. I explained to him what I wanted. Within 24 hours after the initial meeting, Tim left samples for me to choose. I hired Magnum and was glad I did so. Tim's staff arrived on time to my home. They did a great job. Upon conclusion of the roof installation, the staff cleaned up. I've gotten several compliments from neighbors regarding the roof installation.

Just had my roof replaced by Magnum Roofing. Excellent job at a fair price. Crew showed up on time, did a great job and left the place (yard and garage) cleaner than before. Worked with my Home Owners Association without any problems. Would definitely hire again.

I used XP-Dyte Builders to install wood like porcelain flooring as well as paint my basement studio. They were pleasant to work with, fast, and held up solid communication throughout the whole process. And it's not only me, my friends and clients keep complimenting me on the professional job.
