Highly unprofessional!! I called on Wednesday to have my grass cut the guy said he would come Saturday. His guys show up Saturday and say they dont have the proper tools for the job and they have to come back on Sunday. They never show up!! I call Monday and the guy says MAYBE he will see what he can do. Are you kidding me?? Who runs a business this way?? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I was surprised by his unhinged and hostile behavior today morning. He has been hired on monthly contract for landscaping and we have a schedule for a particular time every two weeks. While he was not attending my calls for last two weeks as I wanted him to give a quote for some additional work and his guys can’t speak a word of English, he started to cry hoarse today at my followup call. He claimed that his guys can come whenever they are free and will work on their schedule and not the agreed schedule. He also lied through his face by saying that I have been calling him for no reason. Whereas this is inaccurate version. I have called and messaged him multiple times and have not gotten a definite answer from me only vague responses that he will come and then yet again become unreachable. Unreliable and avoidable landscaping business. Please avoid at all costs.
