Worst company... took my information and never called to confirm. On the day was supposed to deliver Anthony had no knowledge of my schedule appointment. Unreliable unprofessional, waste of time to even inquire, this company should just dissolve itself... very very very highly disappointed.

Poor poor customer service. When I questioned charges on my card the person on the line yelled at me, hung the phone up. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is a crook run company. They WILL OVERCHARGE YOU. They are dishonest - filed a report with the BBB and disputed the charge with my credit card company. READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND STAY AWAY

They charged 2000 on debit card . They said it was a hold but it is actually a charge . I got email response that will refund after many phone calls and I am still waiting . I feel they will definitely pull some type of scam on me .

I have to believe that these reviews are very true. I tried to order a dumpster from this company even after reading the reviews. The person i spoke with told me to find another company and hung up the phone on me because wanted clarification of the term to make sure I would have the same problems I as was reading about in this review. I even to the man that I wanted to follow all the guideline so than I would write a favorable review, but he still BANGED the phone on me!

We paid for a permit and they gave us the container for 5 days, however, they took the container back before the 5th day even started, stating that they could not get the permit, but yet they charged us for the permit. They also Charged us for over 10,000pounds in the cart. And when we complained to them, the man on the phone told us to not prosecute them and write them up. YOU GUYS ARE RIP OFFS!!!

DO NOT USE !! YOU WILL BE SORRY !! I wish I could have the option of putting NO STARS .. I’m upset that I have to actually use a star just to write this comment .. This is the most unorganized company I have every used and all I wanted to do was dump dirt... Such a small job
I ordered a 20 yard container to dump my dirt and I had to nearly swear on a bible that I would only dump dirt inside of it after the dispatcher ANTHONY cross examines me for more than the necessary time he should be. Then the dispatcher tells me that he would pick it up in 5 days . After 5 days there was no pick up and a week after I call the company to see if they are picking it up ,the dispatcher gets an attitude with me and tells me that he doesn’t handle pick up calls so I have to email a request to pick up container. A week after that after sending email I call again and once again the dispatcher has an attitude and says that “ if u didn’t get a response by email then no pick up “. I ask why don’t you just pick up the container and talk to whoever is in office and he tells me to send another email. A week after that I call again, he tells me that he will pick it up in a few days and a day later he calls me back and says that he’s going to charge me for 3 WEEKS OF PERMITS .. after I explain to him that this falls on the company and I am not responsible for these permit costs he says “ I will only charge you for two !” As if he’s doing me a favor. I am going to just pay the permit 140$ just because I don’t want to have to deal with this company again. It will be the best 140 I ever spent just so I could complete the agreement with Safewaycarting and write this review. After “swearing on His kids” that he never told me he was going to automatically pick it up in 5 days , he complains about how much money he is going to lose as if I had something to do with that. Very UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE..

I wish i gave NO stars the owner is rude. Tried renting for the price of $599 he tried to hold $1700 on my credit card without telling us.. calls me upset once declined. Yells at me tells me to go elesewhere the night before the drop off. Hangs up on me twice. Texts me move on. How do you stay on business!! Shamefully disrespectfull. Not reliable.

Don’t ever use this company. They add double the weight of what it really is in the container and then charge your card automatically for the amount they want. Very rude and nasty owner that yells at you over the phone. Never supplied the receipt from the actual place where the container was dropped off, instead typed up his own receipt.Took a deposit that wasn’t written in the contract of $1200 as security without letting us know. Since he has all the information on your credit card he thinks that he can charge any amount that comes to his mind without the actual proof. If I could give him a 0 stars I would.

Please stay away from this company!! When you read the terms that you have to sign, weight limit for 20YRD container mix demo materials is 4000 lb which is basically half empty. Anything over 4000lb you will be charged extra 07.5c so if you put 1000lb additional weight you will pay $750 more. Extremely RUDE just asking him basic questions!! I used citywide for flat rate without any problem what so ever!!
