I self diagnosed a problem with my electric clothes dryer and called All Alliance Appliance to see if they had the part. Bill stopped me and led me through how to find the problem. He was right, I was wrong, and Bill saved me a lot of time and money. Thanks Bill!

This place will not honor a committed appointment because the technician decides to head home 2 hours early instead. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate.

Very Happy! Excellent Service, and a great experience! ... My Washer Machine died, and I called All Alliance in the morning. I was told a repairman could stop by and diagnose my problem. He discovered I had a bad pump ... He ordered the part and came back the same day to install it!! Great service, and well worth the repair!

William was extremely helpful and concerned about helping me repair a 30+ year old oven. Three other places and the manufacturer had no interest. William researched and asked for photos, found an alternative and had it ready when we arrived. He even called later in the day to ask if it fit and worked. He'll be my first call with any future appliance problems

William went above and beyond in helping us find the correct part for our LG washer. He even helped us figure out how to install it, even though it turned it we had the correct part already, so we just needed some guidance on how to fix the machine. Highly recommended.

Great honest guy. My part was discontinued and he gave me part number that would could work. He told me to go to Amazon and order and if it didn’t work I could return it to Amazon. He could have ordered himself and charged extra but honest and integrity came out . Highly recommend Jesus bless this man
