We had a flood at our office last year caused from a second floor water pipe. After looking for renovation companies to streamline our needs and get back to business, Magna Dry was the only company to take over the project between the Insurance Carrier, adjusters, landlords, and remediation team to get our office back to wear it was before the incident.
The guys were friendly and accommodating, even for things that were beyond their scope and were not necessarily part of the job. George is very friendly , made himself available on off hours and was able to sought out future issues that was over-sighted by the rest of the group in the project. They just made the days get brighter than the next during the ordeal. I highly recommend them, not only for the performing the work as estimated but in ample time.

They were courteous and helpful both in assessing the damage and in helping me select flooring. They did a perfect job of laying the new flooring in a timely way and of leaving my condo in good condition. Their price was very fair as well.

I have blessed with MagnaDry service for over 20 years. Most of this time, they took care of all my wall-to-wall carpets at my Hartsdale home. When if moved to a large condo, they continued to serve my needs; this time it was cleaning upholtery. Perfect. I'm very happy!

Last week, I had the wonderful pleasure of getting my carpets cleaned by Magna and I'm very pleased. The two men that came to do the carpet were very professional, they were on time and as a matter of fact they were early. I did have some trouble spots with stains but they successfully cleaned up the stains and made my carpet look as good as new. I'm so glad that I called Magna and I will refer them to anyone.

The workers arrived punctually and did a good job in cleaning my wall to wall carpeting throughout my home. They also added a stain repellent to heavily trafficked areas and after a year, the areas are still clean. I would highly recommend Magna Dry !

I became aware of Magna-Dry during my service on our Condominium’s Board of Managers as a result of its work restoring water-damaged condo units.

When my wife and I experienced a “flood” in our own unit we called upon Magna-Dry to remediate the problem. Magna-Dry moved us into a temporary living space, restored our unit, and then moved us back into our restored unit.

I have used Magna for many years. They are terrific without fail. You can depend on them to be on time, you will have great looking rugs, all furniture back in place and professional cleaners. The last time Magna was here, my dog had chewed a ballpoint pen. Results were black ink on my white carpet. The men told me they didn’t think they would be able to get all the ink out.
BUT THEY DID!!!!

The Magna Dry workers were on time and very polite !!! I hired Magna Dry to clean all the rugs in my house. I have tried myself with a home carpet cleaning machine and I couldn’t get all of the stains out. Magna Dry got ALL the stains out!! They did an Amazing job!!!

We have used Magna Dry for more than fifteen years and they have always done a superb job of cleaning our white and our beige carpeting. The people who clean are always courteous and professional. This year when we had a leak they responded quickly and after vacuuming up most of the water they provided us with heaters for several days to complete the job. They then returned and removed all the water stains on the carpet. It looks like new!! I highly recommend Magna Dry.

I was referred to MagnaDry a few years ago for carpet shampooing and have been a satisfied customer since then. Making an appointment was a breeze and the men who came out were top professionals! They arrived on time, willing to move furniture and set about cleaning my carpet. It was always a job well done as my carpet looked like new and smelled so clean. The service remains the same today. Last month I had a pipe burst in my apartment which caused my bedroom carpet to be damaged and posing a sure possibility of mold. I didn’t know MagnaDry handled these types of problems and luckily when I called they quickly assessed the situation, provided estimates and send a crew out to remove the carpet and padding, disinfect the flooring and removed all traces of the damaged carpet. Just today another crew arrived to lay down brand new carpet!
