I barely ever take the time to write a review, but I was very impressed with Wendell Hill who is the Product and Sales Consultant for A&J Roofing so I was inspired to do so. Last October, Wendell came over to my 97 year old father-in-law's house when I called A&J to assess some issues we were dealing with on his roof. Wendell arrived quickly and determined the cause of the leaking that was happening. He didn't have all the exact supplies on hand at that very moment to fix it, but said he would go obtain them and return right back. That's just what he did. He returned back within the hour and completed the job on my father-in-law's roof. It was a relief to have it fixed in such a timely fashion and I was happy with Wendell's reliability. Fast forward to this June. I needed an entire new roof on my own house. I didn't think twice about hiring A&J. I trust their employees and their product. I remembered my experience deaIing with Wendell months prior. I had high expectations for them on my house and they didn’t disappoint. Every step of the process was conducted very smoothly. From the initial estimate and preliminary measurements to the final touches. They always showed up on the date they said and very punctual right down to the minute that they told me they would be arriving each day throughout the job. The installers were here for 2 full days. First day they completed the new roof in entirety. Second day they installed all the new gutters. The same installers were here each day. They were courteous, very neat, careful, and very hardworking. They kept me in the loop every step of the way explaining everything to me. Whenever I called the main office to ask any questions they were always very accommodating. Everyone that I’ve dealt with was really great and I don’t have a single complaint. I’ve recommended them to other neighbors. If you’re thinking it's about that time for getting the needed new roof also, don’t think anymore and just do it. A&J makes it easy.

A & J Reliable expertly installed my new gutters. The crew arrived on time, completed their job while being very careful of the shrubs. The hidden rot of several fascia boards was an easy challenge for them to repair. Overall the whole team was organized and easy to communicate with. Great people, good job, highly recommend.

Needed them to reattach a small piece of flashing that had blown free at the peak of our roof.
They came while we weren't home and - no extra charge - attached and strengthened two other areas that were going to pull away in the next storm.

The response for a free quote was quick. The price was fair and inline with other contractor companies. They showed up when they said they would with a small crew that was efficient and they bagged up the leaves and tossed them. The next rain the gutters flowed like new. I will do this every other year with them.

Gave us some reasonable options for a new gutter system and the best price among reputable gutter/roofing companies. Our handyman had offered to do it for a few hundred dollars less, but we wanted an experienced professional. Their installation crew was efficient, hard-working, pleasant, and fixed a problem with the roof shingles on one side of the house. They even had downspouts to match our house color. Glad we used A&J. Just wish we had known about them 12 years ago when we replaced our roof.

Recently had my roof done by A and J Reliable and can say I am extremely pleased. Price was fair and Joe the sales rep was very helpful and patient in helping to pick the right shingles and color and went out of his way to get sample boards for me, as well as helping with the villages extensive permitting process The work crew was very professional, courteous and the work was high quality. They also cleaned up area thoroughly and finished the job within one day as promised. In 2017 I used A and J to replace flat vinyl type roof section as well as replace all my gutters. I can say they were very professional and the workmanship has held up and have had no problems. Overall very satisfied with A and J Reliable!

I had Mark stop by our home to give us a quote and his recommendation on removing and rerunning the gutter at the back of our home. I am appreciate that he gave his opinion of what I was looking for and gave me alternative options which I accepted for the project.

The new gutter was installed on the week that was discussed and the 2 man crew appeared on time to remove and install. The new gutter looks great and is much better that what we had when we purchased the home.

I shopped around for a gutter repair company. I received three quotes and A&J came in with the best price off the bat, also being half the price of another gutter company.

I scheduled the work and they were over in less than a week. Completed the job quickly and it looks great.

I haven't had much rain but I tested them out by shooting water from my hose and it looks to be in good working order!
