Been working with CoolPool for six years consistently. Three staff members have been particularly helpful. Lauren, is intelligent and capable and has wonderful customer service skills. Michel, our service point of communication is quick to respond as well. On the service and mechanical side of things, Sal and Pedro Both very respectful and kind.

Like interacting with any company and especially something that’s mechanical and water base. There are problems and money that need to be worked on and while CoolPool is not the least expensive, they compensate in customer service and also they back you up and prices end up being in the long run close to even or potentially even less by using other companies because when things break, they get them covered under warranty and they’ll fight for you as a customer.

As they continue to take good care of us…we will always recommend them
