Great Service, Very Knowledgeable and Honest.

Matt and Allen installed a new water heater today and they did a fantastic job. Worked with me to help fit me into there schedule on short notice. Will be using them for future projects. Highly recommend.

Finding Matt was a life saver!! I have been having terrible luck finding a reliable plumber, and after being blown off by 2 other local guys I came across Matt and I am so glad I did!! He was super responsive, showed up within hours of me calling him on a Saturday to diagnose the issue and by Monday it was all fixed and at a very reasonable price!! I would recommend him to anyone I can, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Matt!!!

I have used a few other plumbers before, but Grossman Plumbing is the best. They always come on time, respond to your texts and calls, do quality work, and explain everything clearly. Their prices are also very fair. I highly recommend them.

Told ETA was 9-10 AM but Matt said I would be the first stop and that he would arrive closer to 9AM. He didn’t arrive until 10:40 AM putting me behind on my schedule. Other than timing the service was excellent.

Since I last posted my review, I needed my hot water heater replaced pronto! I was able to arrange an appointment the very next day. They were on time, worked quickly and clean up afterwards. They showed me what they did and what I needed to do to maintain it and my furnace to boot. I will call them to reschedule some other work in a few weeks. Thank you Grossman Plumbing for your work and piece of mind!

Easy to get appointment. They fixed my issue and we discussed future work.
The bill was reasonable for the work that was done. I look forward to having them do renovations on my other bathrooms.

Matt took care of my Mom’s antiquated heating system. They were professionals, they were clean, quick and I am posting a picture of how great it looks. My mother could not stop talking about them and how wonderful they were. I highly recommend them for any plumbing need. They prepped much of the work the night before in their shop so when they arrived at my Mom’s they could be in and out as quickly as possible. Their price was competitive and lower than the other quotes we received. They were worth every penny that was spent on the job. Thank you again Matt and your crew for doing such a great job! No doubt who my family will be using for all our plumbing needs going forward.

Highly recommend the Grossman team. They are a class act - punctual, professional, and pleasant. Plus, the pricing is fair. We've used them for various jobs, large and small, from replacing pipes, unclogging drains, to installing a new boiler. I have very high expectations, and these guys have earned my trust by providing an exceptional level of service. We even had an Orange & Rockland technician visit us on a different matter recently and he complemented the clean work on the boiler, which was a complex job involving rezoning, etc. It has been working very well and is already saving us on our energy bills.
