I am very grateful for the service Sabrina, Junior and the owner, Christopher provided us in getting our water main replaced. This is an old fashion, very honest company that does quality job and it is not out there ready rob you blind. Before finding them I was going through a nightmare calling several plumbing companies that were trying to provide crazy add ons or wouldn’t be willing to for example hear out my request of relocating the entrance of the water main. So very glad to have found them. Their price was also very reasonable in comparison to some of the high in the sky numbers I was getting.

Best sewer company on the island. I use them for every single sewer disconnect and reconnect. Chris and his team in the field and in the office are awesome efficient and always get approved by the sewer district.

The best most trustworthy company there is for this type of business. They won't try to sell you things you don't need and the job will be completed the right way. You will have years of worry free from costly repairs when they do the job. If you want something cheaper you can hire the competition but they'll be back year after to fix what could've been done the right way the first time. Chris is the owner and he is the best guy in the world more importantly he loves what he does and takes a lot of pride in his work. You can tell how well a company works by how their employees are and if you ask them most have been with Chris for five years up to thirty years and they care about how they treat your property during the process too. They put everything back best they could and even make sure it looked it neat when they were done. It's refreshing to know good people and companies still exist like this. Thanks orchid.

For a job I wasn’t expecting I got great customer service, a reasonable price, and professional workmanship who didn’t leave a trace of the major job they performed. These kinds of jobs are never fun, but these folks made everything very smooth.

Orchid replaced my old, galvanized water service with a new copper pipe. They did excellent work with minimum disruption. I highly recommend this company.

Ryan ran a great crew. They had to take up part of the lawn to replace the leaking pipe. Afterward, you could barely tell that they were there.
