They did work for me and the job was not complete and not only that I let them take 2 hot water tanks which I know they are going to make money from I was also overcharged for the job

American Heating and Cooling helped move and reinstall my AC unit when my driveway was being redone. They were responsive and fit me into their schedule on short notice. I would highly recommend their services.

Terrible service, doesn’t have an exact store location, I’ve spoken to multiple people over the phone about the issue with this furnace. I wanted to speak with someone in person and there’s no store location. One employee gave me one address which was vacant and the other employee gave me an address to a residence???? I do not recommend!!

They dont finish the work you are paying for the correct way .This is called fraud they’re very unprofessional, when you call with a problem they will hang up in your face after receiving your money . Do not trust anything that this company says, as they don't know what they're talking about because my pipes is still leaking water after payer close to 900 dollars And they're looking to make a quick buck and then will charge you extra to do more work when it wasn’t fixed properly the first time around …!!!

I was absolutely satisfied with the professionalism of this company and the installation crew. Responsive, was on time, didn't leave any type of mess at my home, and explained how my new system worked. Looking for an air conditioning system? Call American Heating and Cooling, ask for Tony. You won't be unsatisfied.

Thee worse experience I have ever had in my life they were suppose to fix a leak and backed up drain for me last week and this week the problem Re-occurred I called another plumber out just to get a second opinion and they said the pipe was never snaked the right way.. so I called him to speak with the other plumber and we mentioned that it's hasn't even been a week yet you received almost a thousand dollars can you come back is there like a warranty on your services and they hung up on me!!! So I'm just out the money I gave them plus the money I have to give the new plumber to fix the actual issue I think they feel as though I'm going to just take the loss and move on but I'm not!! I will do everything in my power to get justice!!!!

I cant say enough about the group of guys from American Heating and Cooling. I called them not knowing of them and told them i was cold my heat wasnt quite right. They finished the job they were on and came right over to fix my heating situation. They were funny, easy going, kind, they explained everything to me so i understood what was going on. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank You all for your kindness and compassion for helping people. Thanks for putting up with my dust and clutter too! You guys ROCK!!!
