I’m so pleased with my experience with this company. I had a room that was horribly stained with urine. They got me on the schedule quick and they were so friendly!!! Not only that… my animals snuck in again while remodeling and made more stains. He came almost immediately and was great around my animals. It was an immediate trust!!!! Will definitely be using them moving forward, loyalty earned!

Carpets look great, ollie our cleaner is the best, would highly recommend.

I had my carpets cleaned today and I had to write a review of how EXCEPTIONAL my carpets look! Auto, the man who did the job was Excellent. He was very respectful, on time and did an Absolute Wonderful job!!! I’ll be making sure to have them come back every six months so my carpets can always smell FRESH and look BRAND NEW!

Chem Dry of Rochester and the Finger Lakes did an amazing job for us. They cleaned the carpets in four bedrooms, cleaned all of the tile flooring and grout and cleaned the slate flooring we have as well. Everything came out cleaned and fresh! It smelled so clean when you walked through the door. They are coming back to do our wood floors as well. We can't wait to see how they turn out! Jim and Sam were great to work with. They were friendly, respectful of our home and so courteous. Jim thoroughly explained everything that would be done before they started working. We understood exactly what and how everything would be cleaned. Lucy, that answers the phone and books appointments was the first contact we had with the company. She made the sale before we even met Jim and Sam! She is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and very accommodating to work with. She was wonderful. Thank you for the great job all of you did! We will be using your company in the future and be referring you to others.

Ollie and Michael were fantastic! I had all the walk in shower tiles cleaned and sealed- Along with the bathroom floor. Everything looks rejuvenated 😃

My carpets are over 15 years old, and they look exceptional. No chemicals, totally green, non-allergic and very little water. Awesome owner and technicians! Great service, professional and super friendly!

This is my second time using Chem Dry and am very pleased. The Technician was very thorough and did a great job. My carpets look almost brand new (12 yrs old). I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a stairway and hallway carpet cleaned on Dec 11th. Ollie and Michael showed up on time. They were so pleasant and professional. The carpet was long overdue for a cleaning and they did a great job! I was so happy with their work I decided to have a 9x12 area rug cleaned (my original plan was to replace the area rug). Ollie returned a few days later. He did a beautiful job. The rug looks like new. Thank you Ollie, Michael, and Chem-Dry!

I wish I took a before picture because our chairs were disgusting before today! Our dogs took them over and the stains were insane. The staff came out today and they look brand new! So glad we found them-we’ve been wanting them professionally cleaned but I’m very sensitive to toxic cleaning products so I wanted to find a better option!

The gentleman who came was just as friendly as the first time he did my carpets. The pricing was respectable compared to how good my house smells and carpets/couch look. They have my recommendation!

I have used Chem Dry for years. My carpets look outstanding when they are done. They usually pretty dirty with lots of pet related stains. They are very knowledgeable about how to treat the stains and have gotten stains out that I didn’t think would be possible. Outstanding product and outstanding service!!!

My family room rug had been cleaned 18 months ago and It looks fantastic now, even the main traffic area's. The den rug has never been cleaned and looks like I just bought it. Can’t recommend Chem-Dry enough.
