In prior summers, I utilized a large window unit air conditioner to cope with the oppressive heat and humidity. I decided I no longer wanted to deal with the routine of lifting the heavy unit into place, hearing the excessive noise all summer with nominal efficiency and storing it during the offseason. After conducting research, I contacted A. Borrelli Mechnical. One of their representatives visited my home and recommended the installation of a split A/C unit. I received an estimate promptly with a detailed description of the tasks involved at an affordable price. I accepted their proposal. Their communication with me regarding the job start date and the estimated duration of the service to be performed was excellent. All of their employees that I dealt with during the installation were professional, neat, courteous and understanding of my concerns. The work performed was beyond my expectations and the quality of the new system is outstanding. I’d highly recommend A. Borrelli Mechanical for any of your cooling or heating needs.

strange things happened.. had two no shows for my appointments?

Very poor experienced AC installation which caused a huge problem for our home, neglected home owner's desired AC placement. Then the business owner completely ignored the issue and absolutely no customer service.

My project was supposed to start and while we had a verbal quote that we agreed upon but when the project was supposed to start, we still didn’t receive the written. And when we finally did, it was more than double the original quote. Very unprofessional, untimely, unresponsive —- caused us to push back our project timeline which involved other vendors.

Not a good experience at all. Didn't listen to preferences and was disrespectful and rude throughout the process. Now we need a visit every couple of weeks bc our unit shuts off often.

I called to ask questions about an appointment and the operator who picked up was not welcoming and rude. Very bland. Good thing they didn’t come over, if that’s the first interaction when you use them the. I don’t want to see how bad the service is.

Just great. Arrived with in the specified time ( on a hot day ) , found the problem in minutes . Had the part with them , replaced it, AC back on ( 20 minutes total ). No attempts to up sell me and The PRICE , at first I thought it was just the price for the call ( not the work or the part ). I have a family of five, it was about a big grocery bill.

Loews should drop this company .They never gave me an estimate. They said they have so much business they don’t have time to send me an estimate. I would not recommend doing business with any body with no sense of urgency. Beware .

Borrelli has consistently done a good job in maitaining our gas heating system. Al Borrelli is knwoledgaeable, responsible and reliable. His son Vito is always on time, does immaculate work and a pleasure to deal with.

Eric and Flavio did an excellent job. Replaced furnace damper quickly and efficiently and made sure it was in good working order before they left. Courteous and professional from beginning to end of work.

This business is very unprofessional and it seems as if they do shady business...I paid for a new 5,000 unit for heating & cooling, but they installed a 2 year old unit. then it doesn't work so they send out a guy and I find out its an old unit they installed. the repair guy couldn't fix it so now I have to wait until Monday to get it fixed? I may be reporting this to the BBB and state contractors board...
