The next day at around 8am, Jose, the technician, arrived and did a thorough job. He discovered that the thermostat needed replacing, which fixed the issue instantly. Before he left, Jose gave us a quick rundown on how to maintain the furnace and offered some extra tips. Overall, their service was top-notch, and I'd highly recommend them.
