I called this landscaper for an estimate on three flower beds. A guy (Rick) came out to look at my project. He was professional but didn’t get an estimate from him. After about two weeks, called John (owner) to see if an estimate was going to be sent. He said he sent the estimate but I never got it. I made sure he had the right email address but he said that he had the wrong one. I finally got the estimate and there were things on there that I had questions about. I called him and he was going to contact Rick about it. I finally got a revised estimate. From the initial inspection by Rick until now has been about a month and a half. I said it looks good, let’s get this on the schedule. John told me that he wasn’t in the office and would call me in about 2 hours. He hasn’t called me back and it has been three weeks since I told him to schedule it. So in total so have been dealing with this landscaper for about over two months. This landscaper is not reliable and would not use them if the world was coming to an end and they were the only landscaper on planet Earth. If they are not reliable enough to put my job on the schedule, they are not reliable enough to do the job. Buyer beware of this fly-by-night outfit.

This is what my wall looked like 36 months after installation. This wall became a safety and aesthetic issue that needed immediate attention. I paid about $10,000 for the original wall and about $9,000 to have it dissembled and reinstalled. Not to mention the fence gate lock that was installed not to code - this was also fixed at my expense. Oh, and part of the fence had to be removed and reinstalled to get to the job site - another $1400. The job was substandard with inadequate drainage. Driveway fabric was used instead of geo-textile - another cost cutting measure that compromised the wall. John, the owner and operator, seemed POWERLESS to reasonably fix a job that clearly was not up to standards. A retaining wall should last longer than 36 months and a contractor should fix these gross errors at a substantially reduced/nominal cost. I would not recommend this business. Buyer beware.

I noticed that our roof had some soft spots, and decided that it was time for a roof replacement (it had been 30 years). Daryl's bid for the work was very reasonable. They were able to begin work very quickly, and Daryl and his team were professional the entire time. They were thorough about everything from installation to cleanup. They noticed a few problems that were hidden from view and took care of them. On a job this big, complications inevitably arise (with us, it was some skylights that had to be replaced) and Daryl was willing to work with us on price and other details. We have had the roof for a month now; it looks great, and has so far gotten us through heavy rain, snow and 60+ m.ph. winds with no problem. (Small observation: the new gutters really make the house look sharp!) I'm keeping Daryl's number for any other work that I might need done.

I cannot say enough about Daryl and his crew. Daryl’s estimate for our roof was well below other estimates we received. His crew was punctual, extremely well organized, thoughtful about their work, paid great attention to detail, and thoroughly cleaned up. They were professional from start to finish and did an absolutely phenomenal job! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Amazing experience from start to finish with Exceptional Exteriors. Jesse was in constant communication throughout the process. The crew replacing my roof was professional and hard working as well as diligent in the clean up after. Job didn’t get finished on the day it statutes because of being short a few shingles and they came on a Sunday to get it done before I had my driveway being sealed on Monday.

Daryl and his team did a great job on a roof tear off and installation on our rickety old house. We received several estimates, but decided to go with Daryl because of a referral from a family member, and he offered the best warranty. Our new roof looks great! We will definitely work with them again, and have already asked for an estimate for new siding.

I cant tell you how happy we are with the quality of the siding/gutter job. The crews seemed to work seamlessly together, and from my observations, took extra time to ensure the result was perfect. Daryl was a pleasure to work to explain all the details of the project, and Margarita was always available to answer or forward any additional questions that came up.

As homeowners this was our first large project and came with much anxiety. Daryl and his crew were great from the start. Our home had a very dated look to it and we were able to beautifully update it with the help, and recommendations from Exceptional Exteriors. From start to finish our project was done in two weeks. We had a great experience, and would highly reccomend them to our own family and friends!

Daryl's pricing was very fair, his guys were timely and did a gorgeous job. My roof looks amazing and my gutters as well! A minor issue I had was the cleanup, the crew did an alright job cleaning up. All large debris were gone, but we did find a lot of nails and Staples around.. especially on the driveway and we thought we had gotten all of them. Until my sister-in-law found one in her tire. Overall it was a GREAT experience and I highly recommend them! JOB WELL DONE!

The customer service here is impeccable! Daryl read my review and called me, he said he wanted to make things right and wants to pay for the plug or if need be a whole new tire for my sister-in-law! Daryl from Exceptional Exteriors was great to work with. He was very willing to work with me and even got more money from my insurance company. I had a new tear off roof replaced which was not an easy job. His crew were very easy to work with as well. They cleaned up each night and left my yard and driveway very clean. The crew was very appreciative of the pizza I ordered for them! Daryl was on the scene throughout the 2.5 days it took to complete my roof and responded to my questions. When I plan to do more renovations in my house I will definitely call Daryl again. I would highly recommend Exceptional Exteriors!

They replaced the siding of our home and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work but also the care and professionalism the crew showed during their time working on our house. Every day Terry would ask me if I had any questions, if I saw any places for improvement, etc. He was always so attentive and always made sure to talk to me if he had any questions before he started on different parts of the house. They also cleaned up the area before they finished and made sure that there weren't loose nails or materials out in the yard. I have been wanting to replace my siding for a while and have obtained multiple estimates. Daryl was different- he was extremely responsive, honest, and his price was the most reasonable quote I received. I never felt pressured or that Daryl was attempting to sell me a used car. He clearly outlines siding options for your home, the type of siding he recommends, and what to expect when your job commences.

Watching his crew work is humbling- you will be hard pressed to find a harder working team of professionals. They arrived 7:30am sharp and would often work until 7:30-8:30pm. They were extremely respectful of my home and have an incredible attention to detail--from replacing rotted wood, retrofitting and installing the decorative door molding, and minimizing seams.

My property was left cleaned at the end of each day, and they minimized any damage to my landscaping. And no cigarette butts anywhere! Even my neighbors were impressed with how fast the team worked.

From start to finish, the job was completed earlier than anticipated- Daryl estimated 2 weeks, it was completed in 8 days! All left over tools and materials were retrieved within 24hrs of job completion.

I received several estimates to have my house sided, Daryl took the time to review process with me as well as being the best overall estimate for siding and gutters. Job was started before projected start date and finished in a reasonable amount of time. The crew was flexible when i had a tree service coming for work as well. Clean up by the crew was done daily. Very impressed with Shawn and his team from Exceptional Exteriors! We’ve used them twice now for new gutters, soffits and fascia boards as well as just recently wrapping all of our windows in aluminum trim. We hired Exceptional Exteriors for roof and gutter replacement. Throughout the whole process communication with the owner Daryl was outstanding. Manuel and his roofing crew arrived on time and completed the entire roof replacement in one day, including a satisfactory cleanup. Within 2 days the gutters were installed and some siding was repaired. We are happy with the workmanship and would definitely use this company in the future.
