Words can't express how impressed I am with Chris Craftsman. From start to finish, they delivered excellence. Our new bathroom exceeded all expectations and their whole process was seamless and totally hassle-free.

Chris and his crew did a fantastic job on the remodeling of my 100+ year old house. The renovation, which involved a new kitchen, a new bathroom and powder room, and what ended up having to be an almost complete rebuild of an extension, was no cakewalk. There were some major issues with the house that became apparent only after the initial demo, but Chris was a reassuring presence through it all. Home renovations can be a stressful, costly, and frustrating, but not with Chris. Not only did he do a phenomenal job on the planned renovations, he took all the curveballs that the house threw at him in stride. Throughout the job, Chris was honest, transparent with the pricing, and responsive to our questions and concerns. Could not imagine having gone with another contractor. As with all things related to home ownership, the projects are never done, but I will be working with Chris on the next one for sure.

We contracted with Chris Craftsman Development (a licensed contractor in our County) to remodel our existing master-bath, which was original from 1991. The project involved a complete replacement of the existing tile, vanity, fixtures, lights, tub and toilet, in addition to installing wainscoting along the walls. From concept to completion, Chris worked with us to develop a scope of work, design the interiors, source the products to be used, and create a friendly schedule. He then supervised his various crews throughout the renovation project, addressed any changes we wished to make along the way, and professionally oversaw all the fine details of the project, until its final completion and our 100% satisfaction. This was not an easy task, considering we are in the middle of the Covid pandemic. For added protection, his crew brought in a separate porta-toilet, sealed off the work-area, appropriately wore masks while on-site, and only used a dedicated back entrance for all access to the work area. They gave great effort to the smallest details, thought through the intricacies of each installation, and diligently cleaned up afterwards and left the workplace organized at the end of each workday. We are quite pleased with their work and appreciate that he and his staff exhibited congeniality and courtesy throughout the project. We also appreciated that Chris did not markup the cost of the supplies and fixtures…but rather, assisted us to purchase them directly from suppliers. Also of significant importance, Chris brought this project in on the originally proposed budget. We very much recommend him for your bathroom project and feel confident you will experience the level of satisfaction that we did.

Chris has the highest standards of any contractor I've ever worked with, and I've been involved in several renovations now. His pricing is not the least expensive but the value is there and the quality and craftsman is immeasurable. He and his team are worth every dollar. I wish I had found him earlier in life.

Chris was responsive, reliable and all around a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge and attention to detail showed throughout the whole process. I love my new open floor plan kitchen.

We hired Chris and his team to completely remodel our very outdated master bath. Chris has such an amazing eye for detail and helped us choose everything from the tile to the fixtures. I could not be happier with the final product! We started our remodel in Feb 2020 when everything was delayed due to COVID. Chris advocated for us every step of the way, following up with vendors & getting things done as quickly as possible. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism during the entire project. I could not recommend him more! We will 100% be using this company again for future projects.

Chris is absolutely AMAZING and we highly recommend him for a home renovation project. This was our first major home renovation and of course heard many tales of contractor nightmares. We have just finished the project and had zero of those issues. Chris is extremely professional in all of his dealings and kept to his word throughout the entire project. The project was quite large and included: A third floor addition (additional bedroom with full bath), addition of a master closet, master bath renovated, 1/2 bath renovation, new flooring and painting throughout entire house, new siding, portico, new roof, all new windows, upgrade to HVAC and insulation.

He was at our house all the time checking on things and even when he wasn't, he called or was easy to get a hold of. He managed all the folks working for him - both employed by him and subcontracted. The craftmanship was top notch and high end, with a lot of attention to detail. If he didn't like how something was completed, he had it redone - and didn't penalize us for that. He worked with us to understand our budget and was fiscally conscious for the whole project. I can't say enough about how smooth everything went and how happy we are with the outcome. My father worked in the business for a bit and Chris' work met his standard of approval. Chris has obviously been in the business a long time and was able to anticipate problems and solve issues as we went along (house was originally built in 1950s). I did not have to worry or chase anyone during the project.

We found Chris through google to remodel our main bathroom and main bedroom. He was very responsive throughout the process, gave us good advice on our design decisions and was able to deliver excellent work that fulfilled our expectations. His staff was friendly, respectful and professional, and aside from some delays on material deliveries that were out of his control, there were no major setbacks or surprises. He’s not the cheapest but after the project was done you could see the value in the quality of the work. We will most likely call him back for future projects.

Chris and his team did an amazing job with a full renovation of an old bathroom in an old house, including dealing with the curveballs that the house threw at them. Took care to make sure all of the finishings were consistent with the style of the house.
