This company is a fraud. You can check with the town of Eastchester they are not doing business at 80 Maple St. Things an outside service and funnel calls as a middleman. They are not located at aida Maple Street but they are misleading you to think that this is a local business. Do not use this business! You are welcome to go to 80 Maple St. in Scarsdale New York and you will see they do not exist they have a third-party answering machine cancel their call divert if you give a deposit you may lose it they are not a real business they are an outside company that uses fake addresses to make you think that they exist

When my oil fired boiler died, I got 4 estimates to convert to gas. Adams and Hill beat them all. (Beat two of them by a LOT). They also had the fasted timeline. Pete Adams patiently answered ALL of my question (and I ask a lot of questions). The crew that did the job (especially John Capello) was punctual, professional, clean and extremely competent. The system that was installed is not only a functional marvel, it is a mechanical work of art mounted to the wall in our basement. I wanted to give more stars but am limited to five.

Worst experience ever! Never buy from this store. They promise and never deliver on date and send you wrong items. After they sell they don't respond back or pick-up the phone, stay away if you intend to have your contractor in a schedule.

Called to make an appointment for Saturday afternoon and was rudely told they can't do Saturday afternoon appointments. I'm doing a massive bathroom renovation and will probably need approx. $50K in materials. I plan on taking my business elsewhere. This store clearly has some ego issues.

The absolute worst customer service you can experience. As soon as you speak with one of their reps you are stuck with them because it is sales, so no matter how bad that person is, you're stuck. Not that any of the people there are great because they never answer their phone, return voicemails and in the event they do pick up after 20 times of trying, they are extremely rude, will tell you "you need to help yourself" and then say they will call you back but never do. If I could leave 0 stars I would, I am telling everyone how horrible this experience was to save them such a headache.

Worked with Jenny, she provided excellent advice on the products and design, is very knowledgeable, helped us decide the right products at the best value, and provided a great experience and service. I have found an excellent resource for all my kitchen and bathroom needs, I will be a repeat customer.

Made an appointment for Feb 22,2022 for 2pm. Met with "Matthew" . Spend almost 1hr-1hr15mins deciding on fixtures and faucets for two bathroom. He said he will "email me" the price quote. Nothing after that. Called him several times. No return calls and he is "always" on the "showroom with clients". Not sure how confident I will be in ordering items from them, if this is what I have to do to get a price quote. Sad to see such a good company detoriating. This is coming from a happy customer of 2016.

Used consolidated plumbing and grand Central plumbing. Both of them gave price quotes on the spot.
