Service was decent. They got it done quick. There were some small details I want a big fan of including the sandwich one of them left in my yard.

Mark is an excellent service person. He is always prompt, courteous, and happy to answer any questions we have. He is an asset to Home Comfort.

Left a message with their answering service for 3 years in a row. Not once have I received a call back. They did a great job installing our boiler, but horrible at maintaining them.

Dont reccomend this company to anyone. They tried to charge over $13,000 for a $4,000 job. Its outrageous. One of their reps refused to return calls, texts and emails. 5hen wanted to try to blame me left and right. Unbelievable. They are supposed to be working with NYS to help people instead they try to rip off hard working lower class people that are looking for assistance with affordable rates. The owner is the most rude, disrespectful person. They offer a service for free regardless of what you have done then turned around and denied it. They advertise for it and my family member had it done! I hope no on else ends up in the mess I was in with them.

They come every year to do scheduled maintenance and answer all my questions I am a very satisfied customer recommend them 👍😊
