Bought my house in the last year the old gas steam heating system died, Ali was very helpful and able to assist in replacing the old system in a timely matter. We went to several plumbers before hand, they either lied to us or gave us really high quotes. Ali and his team are probably the last few experts in gas steam boilers in Long Island, they were able to replace the boiler and tune the radiators to the new system, Very grateful for them and extremely happy with their service and competitive pricing. Definitely will rely on their services in the future and recommend them to all family and friends.

Have gone to Tim Daniels for two issues since moving to the area 2 years ago. Tim Daniels took quality care of my plumbing issues each time and treated me fairly and honestly. Thanks Tim Daniels.

Rude, doesn’t stand for his job and charges more than anyone in the area. You’re on your own as soon as he gets his money. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Update. Left a negative review about me on my job's website, however that has absolutely nothing to do with his work provided to us. Shady man.

I had an emergency with my toiley right before the weekend. They came within 20 mins.. tried their hardest to solve the problem, unfortunetely though the toilet was unfixable.. they purchased the new one and were back w/n a few hrs. I overheard them on the phone rearranging other calls that they had to make that day to make sure to attend to my emergency, they were prompt, did exactly what was needed and what they said and were polite and professional.. I had a great experience and really appreciate their effort.

Might be the worst experience I've ever had with an operator. They came to my house on a Saturday. They fixed an issue, but the very next week, I needed them to fix a problem they may have caused. I didn't say I wanted them to work for free, but they acted as though they didn't know who I was or what I was talking. They asked me if I was sure it was them, I was absolutely sure,. They told me to find someone else and they hung up on me. I will NEVER use them again or refer them to anyone else.

Public assistance paid them for a cooling benefit of $800. Lady who answers phone was very rude, did not solve concerns, and nobody knows where the money went. I guess PA won't do business with you again. Reported to BBB.

Edit: Thank you for not responding to the BBB. Now you have a poor rating with them and by not responding, it no longer looks like it could be an accident. You most definitely know what you did. You look bad Tim. The state doesn't like when people falsely claim things.

We called a few plumbers in the area and we won the lottery with tim daniels. Tim helped us with our violations and filing the right permits. He did everything in a few days and was able to clear it all up in time for us to move in. His pricing was great. We actually think he charges too cheap for the service he provides. He answered his phone everytime i called with a question and helped us feel at ease through the entire process. TIM DANIELS PLUMBING IS THE WAY TO GO. (go anywhere else and youre a fool).

I had an emergency situation and my gas burner was shut off for two days in this extremely cold weather. I called Tim last night, he called me right back and had someone at my house within the hour! Mike assessed the situation and came back today and had my burner up and running in less then two hours. Tim came himself to check on things twice. Can't ask for anything better! We are now lifetime customers! Thanks Tim and Mike!!

reliable / knowledgeable / super fair priced / professional / on time / trustworthy and most importantly HONEST !!! I got three estimates to do a oil to gas conversion and the other two companies both and Nassau told me prices thousands over Tim Daniels and wrote down all of these things that didn't even have to be done and we're charging me for things that I didn't even understand.. not only did the owner himself come give me an estimate the same day which is unheard of but he then had a whole crew at my house two days later super professional on-time polite and they Took care of all the building department paperwork explained every detail to me of the work and the aftercare and finish the whole conversion in one day with his amazing crew and even more great is that the owner actually stayed and worked the whole day with the crew which is amazing.. I had great experience with Tim Daniels. We had an emergency situation, Tim sent his guys right away and it took them only 10 minutes to accurately diagnose the issue with our sewer pipes and fix quickly. Prior to that, they installed digital thermostat for my heating system. Every time I call them, they do amazing job, and they always take their time to explain everything to us. Great company with very professional, honest, and knowledgeable workers!

I've called Tim 3 times in the 20 years we've owned our home: once just before Sandy to convert our oil burner to gas (we were quoted double what Tim charged us), upgrade our water line 4 years ago, (cost well under what we were quoted), and recently to replace the circulator on the above mentioned gas burner (nearly 15 years old and, to be honest, expected).

I disagree that he is overpriced. I think he is fair considering the amount of sheer work effort and diligence his team commits to the job and, even more so, your home.

Beware of Tim Daniel’s Plumbing. I was charged $1,000 for a leak that was never fixed. They cut a hole in my ceiling and they stated it was fixed. That night we still had the leak. I called for them to come back only to find out the second time they showed up the real issue—a cracked tub—in minutes. When I asked for a fee adjustment, the dispatcher showed no empathy and even threatened to place a lien on my home. Terrible experience from start to finish.

Over the last few months, we’ve had several plumbing issues including replacing the hot water heater & the furnace as well as issue with the 2nd floor shower. Tim’s team is highly professional, personable and they worked very clean. Tim & his fantastic team came very quickly each time we needed them. The hot water heater was installed the same day; the furnace needed to be ordered but was replaced in 3 days. The shower issue was an emergency; the drain trap had gotten loose & it began raining in my living room ~ 7:30pm. We called Tim in a panic; he immediately returned the call & came to the house w/ a snake camera to diagnose the issue. We were very grateful to Tim! His team returned the next day and replaced the trap and all the pipes around the tub. They needed to open the ceiling to do the work. All three experiences could not have been better!
