What can I say? I love my kitchen! I cannot say enough about Tom, our Project Manager!!!!!!!!!!! I have never met a more communicative PM before! Tom sent me weekly schedules allowing me to set my work from home expectations with my boss. I did not need to be there, but I wanted to! Every contractor that was in our home was wonderful! Tweaks were made with the placement of the peninsula cabinets and James was on board. The design for the lighting did not work out. Matt and Shane were soooo patient with me as we worked it out and Tom explained things along the way, keeping me from freaking out!!!! I am not sure if you can request a project manager, but if you can, Tom is your PM!

We had our kitchen remodel completed by Kitchens by Countryside and are extremely happy with it. We worked closely with Diana to come up with a design that met our needs. Josh and Mike were very communicative and made sure that the project installation went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. We’re very happy that we chose Kitchens by Countryside.

Kitchens by Oaks just finished our kitchen update.
We are very happy with the work we had completed. The contractors were professional and kept the area they were working cleaned and picked up.
I love the quality that was completed and will definitely use Oaks for our bathroom when we are ready.

We used Kitchens by Oaks for a partial master bathroom remodel (vanity, toilet, bidet removal, shower redo).

Ultimately, we are happy with the result. Getting there was a bit rough. We were pleased with how quickly they were able to start the project. We were told this would be a 10 day project once they started (and of course signed all kinds of contracts stating that this was not a “guaranteed” date, but were reassured this would not be a long project, which was important to us as we were expecting a baby, so we were going to have plenty of time to spare based on their estimate of completion).

Communication with the design and actual work team was wonderful from start to finish. Everyone was very pleasant, the guys working in the house were very trustworthy and personable.

The final result is good. There are some outstanding plumbing issues that they were willing to continue working with us on, but after all the time we had spent on this (see below) and having a newborn, life just happened and I guess we just decided to move on.

The negative-the attention to detail was not superb. There was a mistake on their end on ordering the correct color for part of our shower. They encouraged us to keep this incorrect material. We declined for the most part, opting to keep just one part of the incorrectly ordered items, and ended up having to wait about 10 weeks for the materials in the correct color to arrive. They then told us that they were not going to be able to get the new pieces up our staircase and damaged our ceilings and walls trying to do so (which their team did correct at their expense). The solutions to these very large and expensive mistakes on their part were all initially quite ridiculous and definitely took some work pushing through to come up with realistic solutions that we would ultimately be happy with. While they were very communicative in figuring out a plan, it became very clear they were trying to make as much of a profit as possible-I suppose understandable.

They ended up giving us a partial refund for the part of the incorrectly ordered shower piece that we decided to keep in order to hopefully complete the project prior to our baby being born. That being said, there was no compensation for any of the inconvenience this posed to us (not having a functional master bath for 12 weeks, a project we thought would be completed in 10 days).

We are ultimately pleased with final result and the people working in our house really were great and we were comfortable often being away at work during the day while they were working. I’m not sure I would necessarily recommend unless you are very familiar with how home remodel projects work and can really pay attention to details to make sure things are done properly and important things are not overlooked.

Kitchens by Countryside and Oaks Construction completed our bathroom remodeling project last week, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Our design consultant, Heather, listened to our vision and helped us to choose the perfect fixtures and layout. Patrick and his team of John, Tyler, John, Mike and Zack, expertly executed Heather's design, and everything went smoothly. We are beyond happy with each and every improvement that was made, and extend heartfelt thanks to everyone.

We are extremely satisfied with the outcome of our kitchen remodel. Our experience working with Kitchens by Countryside was positive! From working with our Designer, Julia who was pleasant, enthusiastic and professional. To meeting with Josh our Contractor. Josh was thorough and patient when finalizing measurements and explaining the over all process/timeline of our project. Finally our Project Manager, Patrick. Patrick was extremely responsive, honest, attentive and personable. He made us feel as if we were his only client. He took his time and reassured us that the project was not finished until we were completely satisfied. The outcome is a beautiful kitchen that reflects our style and personality. We anticipate many good times and family gatherings in this space for years to come!

The design done by Bonnie through the installation led by Evan exceeded our expectations. The new kitchen is beautiful and functional. I will recommend kitchens by Oaks to anyone who asks.

Magical! Alexa met with me in my home asked lots of questions and created a design for me. We went through a few changes and ***done***. They took care of everything! Ben and Rocco were fantastic to work with. Asking me my preference any time there was more than one option. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up and vacuumed at the end of every day and told me what time they would start the next morning. The most difficult part of this whole project was moving my stuff back into the new kitchen. Thankis for such a wonderful job!

Diana and all of the Staff at Kitchens by Countryside were just awesome with our hall bathroom remodeling job. After hearing other family members talk about their great experiences with Kitchens by Countryside we hired them for a roofing project and they kept with us despite a million insurance issues. So of course we hired them again to remodel our 1970’s style blue tile bathroom. Diana Coleman was the BEST in helping us keep costs down but also get really good quality for the value. We are so happy with the results. We started with an eyesore and now we have a beautiful upgrade.

Would absolutely recommend Kitchens by Oaks for any and all Kitchen Remodeling!

The process from start to finish was incredible, and at no point did we feel like we were stuck or taken advantage of!

Diana and Amy walked us through the typical design process and their commitment to both design, value, and cost. We were able to meet multiple times after getting the initial design to walkthrough changes we wanted and to find ways to reduce overall expenses for the project. They were helpful with selecting material, helping us understand work that we could do ourselves, and were accommodating to all questions we had.

The transition from Design to Construction was smooth as well. Once signed, we waited a little more than a month, but we got a call from the site/project manage, Jubilee, letting us know that the project was planned to start.

Once started, Jubilee and the team were great! Jubilee stopped by everyday that work was being done to talk with us about what was planned for the day, what was done beforehand, and asked us about questions/concerns/requests that we had. They took care of even some small tasks that weren't initially requested in the statement of work!

If there were any hiccoughs, they were quickly resolved. The construction team/contractors were not only efficient in their work, but also respectful and knowledgeable in their fields.

I can say with confidence that for any future projects going forward that require a team of contractors, we will be going with the Oaks family.

I honestly cannot recommend them enough! If you have any Kitchen remodeling that needs to be done, go with them!

Incompetent is the only word I have. The designer barely knew how to use her design software, put the wrong cabinets on the order form (which my wife and I luckily noticed), forgot to order shelves that extended our project time by 3 weeks, and not taking a note of the floor we had chosen after a extra 40min trip to there further location.
Next was the PM who forgot half of the demo (I got be PM and tell him he forgot).
Next to the comedy of errors continues (except I'm not laughing). The installers touched 3 different sets of plumbing. ALL 3 have leaked!! Apparently tightening downspouts isn't on there checklist. Now my brand new kitchen cabinet looks like someone took a piss in it. Incompetent. DO NOT USE OAKS!

We were very pleased with our kitchen renovation.
Bonnie Gloris guided us through the design process with patience and was instrumental in pulling the final plan together. She listened and got to know what we liked. She never pressured us or tried to upsell us while offering all the different options available.
Jubilver saw the implementation of the plan and was very helpful when our old house provided some challenges.
All the workers were very efficient, came as scheduled and cleaned up after themselves.
The entire process was a good experience!
We love our updated kitchen.

We had a great experience working with Oaks Kitchens. Diana Coleman created a wonderful design for our new kitchen. Our project manager, Brian, was here everyday and kept us informed on the progress of the work. Workmen we're professional and really knew their craft. We are very pleased with our beautiful new kitchen.

We contracted with Oaks for a full bathroom remodel, which admittedly went long because of material issues. Tom, the project manager, did a good job of keeping us informed of the unexpected delays and offered working solutions to make things right when there was a problem. Alex, the installer, was awesome. He did an amazing job, always did a clean and professional job each day he was there. We will definitely use them again.

Working with Kitchen By Countryside was an excellent experience. Alexa was our designer and listened to every detail we mentioned. Pat over seen the project and had great communication daily. Overall the whole team did an amazing job. Everyone we met was professional and courteous. We are so happy with our remodel and would use them again.

I am so thrilled with my new Master Bath. I worked with Diana and Amy. They were amazing and anticipated my every need. I was very picky and particular about what I wanted. I had a lot of floor to ceiling tile in a small diamond shape that was very difficult for them to set. The workers, under the leadership of Brian the Project Manager, did an incredible job. It looks just as I dreamed it would. I cannot say enough good about Kitchens by Oaks. I am so happy that I took a chance on them. They are professional, efficient, and downright friendly. I give Kitchens by Oaks my highest recommendation.

Our process began by meeting with Jeff Kline and their assistant Amy on the design of our Kitchen. Their first visit was to our home to gather information and take pictures on the current layout of our kitchen and what we envisioned for the new kitchen. Our kitchen was a galley set up and we wanted a design that would maximize every inch of space. We needed more functionality and the cabinets had to be set up to support the way we would navigate in the kitchen for cooking. Jeff and his team listened to our input and asked many questions along the way that would in the design of the kitchen. Mike Coccia was our Project Manager worked with us on the schedule of events and kept us informed of when each of the work teams would arrive and what would be done. He did an excellent job and keeping us informed during the entire project. Paco did a phenomenal job at installing and setting up the sink, the over the stove microwave as well as some of the other repairs in the house. Overall, every team did an awesome job with their respective part of the project. They were courteous and professional and we enjoyed working with them all. Thank you Kitchens by Countryside for a job well done. We are so happy with how everything turned out.

We recently had some remodeling work done by Oaks in Spencerport in our kitchen and powder room and were very pleased with the results. Their employees are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend them.
There was one problem with the measurement of the vanity in the powder room which was incorrect and the wrong size was ordered. This did result in delaying completing the work as the vanity had to be cut to fit and a sink reordered to fit. Oaks corrected this at no additional charge.
We enjoyed working with Bonnie (designer), Jubilee (project manager) Sean, Tyler and Hector (installers) and Mark (refinished wood floor).

I had a great experience with the team! I worked with Alexa as a designer, and she came up with a beautiful and functional kitchen. She was also very realistic with us about places where we could save money by choosing a different material or by doing something ourselves vs times when we really would need professionals to do the work. The remodeling project was lead by Pat, who was communicative and easy to reach about any changes of plans. He did a good job explaining the steps of the kitchen install and details about the materials being used, so I feel like I have a good understanding of what’s going on in the kitchen and how to maintain it. Everyone who came in to work on the kitchen was very friendly and helpful. I feel like they really went above and beyond for us, I would definitely recommend them.

Skye and Corey were extremely professional, neat, precise and friendly. They were prompt very helpful in all respects. Skye even solved a small leakage issue I had. Jubilee was also very helpful, even stopping to adjust a shelf on her way home one day. Alexa was always prompt and helpful with my questions. My kitchen is totally transformed thanks to this great team!

Working with Julia was a pleasure. She was very helpful and was able to provide us with great suggestions for our kitchen remodel. We are very happy with the results.
