Over the years Graves Bros has been my "go to" for windows and roof work. I have always been happy with the quality of their work, on site professionalism, and fair pricing. I am having some current challenges with insulation and ice damning, and Cory was extremely helpful in helping me understand what work needed to be done to fix the issue.

Blake and Lenny did a great job replacing the soffit and fascia on our garage as well as correcting a shingle repair on the roof (done by another company who used the wrong color shingles).
I'm very happy with the expert job done on our home.

Their attention to detail was impressive, and the final result completely transformed the look of my house. They truly exceeded my expectations. I’d gladly hire them again. Brandon and Rich were at my house today, put up a heat cable and checked for leaks after ice damming.. Best workers . Graves Brothers is a very nice company . Promptly got the job done .

Dave and Guillermo on the construction crew were fantastic. The sales team left a lot to be desired. Multiple delays, weeks without updates, paperwork mistakes were all annoying.

They did a roof repair, and I had an issue that they addressed quickly and to my satisfaction.

I'm so happy with the roof replacement I got from Graves Brothers. Dustin was the project manager- very professional and attentive to every detail. He called and txted me throughout the project to check in. The crew was also very efficient and cleaned my property nicer than when they got there. I would highly recommend Graves Brothers Home Improvement to anyone looking for a high quality roof replacement.

The Graves Brothers were wonderful! From Brandon and Tom who first came to visit me to discuss the job, to Arthur who oversaw everything the day of the installation of my new roof! They did a fantastic job on my roof and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for help with these kinds of projects.

I had a warranty issue and AJ, the gentleman I spoke with was absolutely excellent. He was professional, asked great questions and was VERY professional.

Brandon did a great job repairing damage to our Fascia. We also had new gutters installed as well as heated cables to prevent further ice damage.

roofing issue (I had today), that was covered under warranty (but they also took the time to explain what causeed the dilemma). I appreciated their professionalism & thorough knowledge! I very recently had a new roof installed on my two story colonial house in Syracuse. I knew I wanted Graves Bros. to do it because I was so pleased with my experience this summer when I chose them to do siding on my house to replace the clapboards. I contacted the same salesman in Syracuse, Mike Thrall, and was again impressed with his friendliness and knowledge as well as his patience and willingness to work with me without being at all pushy.
This time a team from Graves in Rochester came and worked all day on a very cold snowy day and didn’t leave until I had a new roof! The foreman, Bob, was very personable and helpful and kept me informed of how I could contact him with any concerns or questions. He let me know that they might find boards that needed to be replaced and came in and showed me pictures of the two boards they found. In short, I was very pleased that I had chosen Graves again and highly recommend them.
