He's a contractor that does crappy work ! Started my job from day one it was not a good thing. Things were not covered from flying dust and debris. Computer and any electrics were not covered and protected. I was told after the 2nd day that his van was broken into and a lot of his tools were stolen. I guess time were tight because he couldn't even replace what was taken. I lent him my vacuum to help keep things clean which was returned broken and not even cleaned out. To this day they have not come back to correct the problem of there installation. His wife answers the phone and spews the same BS about scheduling a time and date to correct the problems. Usually says, "Let me talk it over with Charlie and we'll get back to you". Same thing with email its the old checks in the mail thing. Called for a service call that they showed up for because they thought they would get more money and showed the service the problems and was told by him that it should of never been left like this and he agreed with me. Still no EFFORT to contact or correct the problems. Do your self a favor and look elsewhere. This company is BAD NEWS ALL AROUND !!!

CNS Heating and Cooling services were excellent.The technician (Anthony) was a very good technician, he fixed our problem very quickly and was very professional and friendly. Thank you also for the telephone attention and the appointment the same day. We highly recommend this service!

Unfortunately I used the CNS Heating and cooling to install my new heating and cooling system and system break down so frequently that makes me frustrated and last time service person said not know what is going on and took pictures and movies from the error message from system and said will talk to boss and let me know and more than two months past and even with several calls no response and now they are saying not working with Fujitsu system any more and drop my system.
Think twice before picking this company

We have had an incredibly horrible experience with this company.
Approximatly.5 years ago we had our house a.c. Unit replaced.. Worked great the first season. The next year it needed to be charged with refrigerant. We were perplexed as in all the years we had our previous unit it never needed to be charged. Charlie told us that sometimetimes this happens and put some kind of sealant on. Each subsequent year the system needed to be charged with frion (at approximately $500 each time). We finally fired them last year after the fifth $500 croon charge. This year we had a new company come in and look at the system before the hot weather hit only to find out that
1. There are leaks at almost every joint in the piping.
2. The solder they used (silver solder) is not the correct material to solder for a/c and to top. it off
3.the unit that was sold to us uses R22 refrigerant that will no longer be sold after 2020.
They were surprised that a unit that uses this refrigerant was sold to us within the last 10 years. We need to get The entire unt I replaced and then the nightmare that is CNS will be behind us.

Very professional installation and excellent value. CNS helped us with replacing an old furnace and condenser. Gave us great advice and saved us a lot of $$$ in the process. Two thumbs up!

Charlie and CNS was wonderful to work with. He was very communicative and very efficient with the installation of our new furnace. I would happily use CNS again!

Very helpful and knowledgeable service. We use CNS for heating and cooling and have had an extremely favorable experience so far. They recently replaced our entire air conditioning system and we were very satisfied with all aspects of the process.

CNS has been great! Used them for a tune up this summer, Anthony came and was very thorough and informative, very easy to understand and likeable, reasonably priced, and recently had them service a condenser that needed immediate attention and their response time and efficiency has been great.

Excellent service from start to finish, with a clean job. The manager was courteous and professional, and able to come up with the ideal solution for my specific situation without over-selling me. The technicians were knowledgeable, punctual and cleaned up after themselves. The new central air conditioning system works flawlessly.

CNS was responsive and professional. They did a great job getting our HVAC system repaired during a heat wave! The communication was always clear and timely. Glad we found them.

I called when my heat would not turn on for this fall season and was accomodated with a quick afternoon appointment. Charlie inspected the unit and explained that it was 20 years old and could be fixed but he would recommend a new gas furnace which is high efficiency so cost savings would offset new unit costs. I went for the new 96% efficient unit and it works great.
We agreed on an installation date and it was installed within that day.
Area was left clean and all waste was removed.

CNS has been reliable, trustworthy and incredibly responsive to all our needs. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable and professional. They have taken care of us at some of the most difficult times in cold weather and hot weather situations. Fantastic company and so happy we found them!

When our 66 year old gas boiler gave up just before Halloween we scurried around trying to get prices and find the right people to get us a new one. Luckily a neighbor recommended Charlie Robinson/CNS, who gave us our third bid, which was comparable to one of the others. But Charlie was very specific and persuasive about why the Navien was the right choice for us, and we quickly settled on him. He came to the house when he said he would and did a great job, both removing the old boiler and water heater, and installing the new Navien, and in making sure everything was tested and worked properly. They also did a very good job cleaning up, and were nice people to have around. We would recommend them to anyone without qualification.

Working with CNS over the past 15 years has allowed me to rest assured that we will always have heat or air conditioning when needed. Even the time I called on New Years Eve someone showed up and we slept nice and warm. They have installed both A/C and heat as well as water heaters. We had forced hot air and they converted it to air handlers with humidifiers. Nice. I think the boss's name is Charlie he's the one that came here.

CNS replaced 2 old furnaces and 2 AC units. Charlie was knowledgeable and explained everything. He provided options and suggestions. The staff is polite and responsible. Work was done neatly, on time and on budget. I priced 3 vendors and selected CNS based on price and knowledge.

Charles is the consummate professional. He arrived when he said he would, and installed our central air conditioning unit. I had done lots of research and he priced the unit fairly and installed it expertly. I have and will continue to recommend CNS to anyone who needs heating and cooling work done.
