I used Four Winds for the first time. I talked to three different people on the phones asking about the problem I was having, all three were very helpful. An estimator came out (Mike), my wife was here and was saying how nice he was, and mentioned everything that would need to happen. He called back and asked me if I had further questions, and had a very good phone call. Then the crew came to do the work. These two, Kyle and Mattie were the nicest people you would want to meet. But the job they did was phenomenal. Honestly, if I ever need this type of work done again, this is the only company I would consider, ever!

A cursory but thorough inspection revealed our fireplace and chimney would not pass safety requirements, so the tech gave us the option of forgoing the camera inspection of the flue, saving us some money. Very clearly presented our options.

Four Chimneys took down an old stone chimney and reroofed over the space. Their paperwork detailed exactly what was to be done. All employees were courteous and worked hard. They cleaned up well after the work. We recommend them highly.

After getting several estimates I picked Four Winds Masonry because Anthony seemed very knowledgeable and had the best attitude of everyone I talked to. He took the time to review options with me and answer all my questions. I already knew I had to have both my chimneys rebuilt from the roof line up, and his quote was very reasonable. When the team starting working, I was very impressed with their professionalism as well as their friendly demeaner. I continued to ask questions and watch what they were doing (it was impressive watching them put the liners in for my two furnaces) and they were always very polite and informative. They had to cut our a few bricks on both chimneys so they could feed the liners down correctly. When they were done, everything was replaced and I can’t even tell where the bricks came out. Very nice stone work. I felt confident enough that shortly after they got started, I expanded their scope of work to also include installing two additional linings for the fireplaces to take care of two new fireplace inserts (which they also installed). Everything was completed on time and within the budget that was estimated. I would highly recommend Anthony and Four Winds Masonry. I expect to have them out every year to clean and check our chimneys for as long as we own our home.
