A Cleaner Image did basement waterproofing, mold remediation, garage floor restoration, and air vent & tile cleaning on a new house I bought. They responded immediately, showed up on time for the job, and executed flawlessly. They are incredibly knowledgeable about everything they do, and answered all my millions of questions without hesitation. I would recommend them over and over to everyone.

Mason, Kyle and crew (didn't get his name) did an amazing job. They were extremely polite & nice, paid attention to detail, and took the time to replace moved items. Highly recommend this company.

Colin and Shawn were our technicians that came to our house for the air duct cleaning. They were both very professional, polite, courteous, neat and performed their jobs nicely. I would definitely recommend this business! I intend on using them to clean our carpets at a later date as well.

I purchased a home with quite a bit of mold in the basement and A Cleaner Image was recommended by the realtor. I paid them $4,500 for the work. They did an o.k. job, but if I wasn't home to inspect their work, it would have been a bigger problem. They missed a section of the basement entirely, and could have been much more thorough in another section which I pointed out to them, and then they fixed it but not with the best attitude. It took them another 3 weeks to return to do the part they missed and when they showed up they told me I needed to schedule to have the work completed. I insisted they complete the work that day since they were already paid in full and they did. The owner was great, but a worker dispatched to the job was not and it was very upsetting.

See photos below of my basement now 2 years later. Some areas were sprayed so thin, the paint fell off the wall. The corner where the rust color is is where they were supposed to add hydraulic cement to prevent that from happening, and well there it is. The opposite corner I scrapped and repaired on my own using hydraulic cement because it was doing the same thing. 100% disappointed in their workmanship and a lot of money for a poor job. I definitely would be very careful using this company.

Danny & Val did an amazing job at my townhouse. I had horrible flooding in my basement with sewer water covering everything. My basement had such a horrible smell. Danny & Val were very efficient. They were kind enough to remove everything out of the basement and take it to the trash and did a thorough job cleaning the basement and the surrounding areas that they traveled across. Highly recommend !

Danny came here and did a wonderful job. He was very respectful, professional and he took his time detailing each floor and making them look so much better than they did. We will be booking again !! thanks for the awesome job!!

Accommodating, great price, and very efficient. Had a biological cleaning required at the house. Called multiple companies and the price ranged from $750 to upwards of $3000. A Cleaner Image drove all the way from Webster to our house and did the entire cleaning for a great price. The cleaners, Danny and Deandri were professional, and did the areas twice just to ease our worries. The job turned out great, and you would have never known there was anything there. Can't recommend this company enough.

A1 Floor cleaners.
When I say these guys are THOROUGH they are thorough. Our previous floor cleaning guy was in and out and did not take pride in his work. Deandre and Danny been here all day making sure the floors here are spotless! Like they been scrubbing all morning and our floors never looked this good, I promise you! The floors here are so clean. Deandre and Danny did a fantastic job, seriously. Thanks to them for real. They deserve a raise, because today they put in some serious work on these floors. Shout out to them.

I had a cleaner image out for some mold and water issues. They sent Christian & Courtney to handle my job. They were early, communicative, informative and overall pleasant to speak with. They took care of my job and cleaned up everything once they were done. I would highly recommended them to anyone who asked!

Working with A Cleaner Image on multiple projects (rim joist HEPA vac, rodent cleanup, spray foam insulation, ductwork cleaning, etc) has been a pleasure.
