When I came home from vacation, I noticed that my oven was not turning on. I knew I had to contact Westbury Appliance Repair Experts for home appliance repair. They were prompt and they responded quickly by sending an appliance service technician in less than an hour. He changed the blown fuse and cleaned my oven. Great service once again!

TRASH!!! ABSOLUTELY TRASH "COMPANY". Here's what happened, I called this place last week because my washing machine is acting up. Made an appointment for Tuesday between 3pm-6pm. I had to leave work early to make it home by 3. Because of the 3hr window I wasn't able to pickup my child for daycare so my wife did the pickup (we get charged extra for late pickups). At 5:50pm someone from the office calls me and says the tech cannot make it. THEY WAITED TILL 5:50!!!!??? So I made another appointment for today but I told them I can't afford to leave work early again to they agreed to do a 430-6pm window. Today at 1130am the tech calls me to see if he can come now. I told him no I'm at work and won't be home till 430. Fast forward to 330pm, someone from the office calls me to ask if the tech can come now, to which I replied no I'm not available till 430. THEY CALL ME BACK AT 4:35PM AND CANCEL ON ME AGAIN!! THEY SAID THE TECH IS UNFORTUNATELY OUT OF THE AREA!?!? ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? SHE HAD THE NERVE TO TRY AND RESCHEDULE WITH ME AGAIN!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT! they'd have to pay me at this point to fix my washing machine. Complete and absolute trash I can't believe this place is in business. I'd give zero stars if I could.
