Purchased mid priced white kitchen cabinets , 10 months later paint has chipped in small areas. Also one cabinet was slightly defective and Kitchen World stated they would send someone out to repair but it never happened.

I am quite pleased with my Kitchen World renovation. The cabinets, countertops, and sink were high quality. My designer, Emily, was outstanding, and offered considerable expertise and patience in selection of layout and products for my dream kitchen!

My bride Mary Ann Chernowski worked closely with Becky from Kitchen World to design an amazingly beautiful and unique kitchen. Becky was fully open to Mary Ann's innovative ideas, and the final product, including installation which the two of them produced and guided is incomparable. We would recommend Kitchen World and Becky to anyone who appreciates high quality, beautiful cabinetry, and great service and cooperation.

Sam was amazing to work with and practically read my mind with his design. The cabinets are excellent quality and they make me happy every single day of my life! Everything was delivered as promised and in good condition.

I wanted to make a few updates and Trish was meticulously thorough. She went back into the old records and found a very close match for our existing cabinets. Installation work was done by Josh, who was equally meticulous. I would recommend Kitchen World because it was a very professional and pleasing experience.

We recently worked with Kitchen World on a bathroom remodel. The professionalism, experience and customer service that the team of Trish and Vince provided was outstanding! Trish assisted with design. Her product knowledge and design insight were integral with the planning and decision-making process. Vince’s remodeling skills and understanding of all aspects of the installation process were apparent. We love the results. Trish and Vince paid attention to detail and got the job done right!

We looked at numerous different companies to redesign our kitchen. We just about gave up when we decided to try one last time and went into Kitchen World and met with our designer, Sam Ciraolo. He was amazing!! The experience we had with Sam & the staff at Kitchen World was incredible! Needless to say Sam redesigned our kitchen and it worked out great!! We couldn’t have been any happier. We are now enjoying our brand new kitchen and have received numerous compliments on it. From the beautiful cabinets, to the counter top, and even the sink, everything just feels perfect. John-Paul and team did an outstanding job with our craftsman style new build in the village of Williamsville. We were looking for an old-world timeless feel with a high level of detail, functionality and design flexibility. Visiting the Candlelight factory and display room in Lockport was extremely helpful in developing our plan. We gained confidence in the quality and craftmanship. Execution and delivery were seamless.

We had Kitchen World do A full remodel on our kitchen last April. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We love it! Every day we still say we love it And are so happy that we finally had it done. It’s amazing what a difference it can make. We spend most of our time in the kitchen and it was worth every penny.! Our contractor, Vince, was exceptional from start to finish.

I highly recommend Kitchen World for your cabinetry. About 7 years ago, we gutted our bathroom completely down to the studs. Our plans were to redesign the way the bathroom looked and to make more room in the bathroom. We had a hand-sketched layout of our bathroom but were unsure of ourselves and did not know where to begin. During that time, we had some family care to attend to so the project was on hold UNTIL we came to Kitchen World and met Emily Ozzimo, their kitchen and bathroom designer. Emily was VERY professional and she listened to what we needed. She computerized our hand-sketched “dream” bathroom layout, made practical suggestions on where to hang towel bars, mirrors and lighting – and it came to life. My wife was so impressed and happy. After three visits, and with Emily’s guidance, we were able to come to a decision on a layout that included a soaker tub, an enclosed shower, more space around the toilet, a two-sink bathroom vanity with a tower, and a door front for a linen closet we constructed. We were so confident in Emily that we placed the order, but we decided to install them ourselves. The story of great service does not end there. When the cabinets arrived at our house, they had some nicks in the wood. We notified Emily, and she immediately responded. Emily contacted the manufacturer and got the owner of Kitchen World involved. GOOD NEWS – they replaced the entire order, having the new cabinets inspected personally before shipping to us. WOW! The moment-of-truth when it comes to customer service. We could not ask for more. Once the new cabinets arrived, I had to get them installed. Well, with my lack of construction knowledge, I was having trouble installing the tower and sink back splashes. I called Emily – and guess what they did? They sent one of their installers to our house two times to help me – without charge. We only have the floor and molding to finish. Our next project is our kitchen. My wife and I will only buy again from Kitchen World. Thank you Emily and Randal Sanders for a FIVE STAR PLUS awesome experience with our dream bathroom.

I had a great experience remodeling my kitchen with Trish at Kitchen World! She was so easy to work with and bounce ideas and solutions back and forth with. Now it’s done, it turned out beautifully and it functions well, which makes working and being in there so functional and enjoyable. Highly recommend

Not a customer, but I was very impressed by this place. I knew they were all about all things kitchen related so I stopped in to try to get some ideas about a certain project I'm mulling over. I told the woman in front of the store, Pam, a description of my issue and after a short wait she introduced me to one of their designers, Joao. His title is Kitchen Specialist and he spent at least 15 minutes talking to me about my issue, gave me a good idea about what I may end up doing, copied some product literature for me, and really tried to help me figure out what to do. I quickly realized that my project was much smaller than their daily fare -- it appears they help people design and then implement large kitchen makeovers -- but even so Pam and Joao cared enough to spend time with me and help me get oriented a little better than I was. I should point out I was lucky that Joao happened to be free: they told me that normally it's necessary to make an appointment to talk with one of their designers.

We couldn't be more satisfied with our bathroom remodel. From start to finish, Trish guided us through the design and planning process. She helped us determine a layout, including the countertop and vanity, coordinated our tile selection and order, and assisted with choosing fixtures while providing valuable advice on all the small details. Trish helped us turn an overwhelming number of choices into a more streamlined endeavor, making our first remodeling project smoother and an overall pleasant experience. She also connected us with a network of skilled vendors including our contractor, Vince Jones from Shoulda Called Vince, who truly was overall pleasure to work with. Our new bathroom is more beautiful and comfortable than we imagined. We highly recommend anyone looking for a bathroom or kitchen designer to reach out to Patricia Haberl at Kitchen World!

We went to kitchen world around August of 2019. Jennifer the designer walked us through planning our new kitchen and bathroom. She met with us multiple times and created multiple plans. She even gave us a list of reputable contractors. Our project began in March of 2020. Jennifer would stop by almost weekly to see our progress and make sure the cabinets looked good. Unfortunately, we were shut down because of the pandemic!! Jennifer hand delivered our drawer pulls to try to help us before the shut down. Again kitchen world checked in to make sure we were ok. Once the project was restarted Jennifer reached out to us. Our project was completed in June and Kitchen world has still reached out to us to make sure we were satisfied. Remodeling during a pandemic is not ideal but it was made easier with the right companies supporting us!

Thank you Kitchen World for helping us to transform our kitchen into such a beautiful space. Trish was helpful in creating our kitchen every step of the way, coordinating and designing our space. Highly recommend!

Great experience all around. I was referred by my contractor and worked with Don. The whole staff at kitchen world were knowledgeable and helpful. I loved the range of products from more affordable to the high end custom pieces. There really is something for everyone at Kitchen World. I couldn’t be happier with my candlelight cabinetry and my finished basement.

Tricia did a wonderful job in the layout, design and color selection of the the cabinetry, as well as coordinating the delivery when we did our master bathroom remodel. I highly recommend using Kitchen World and their high quality product line!

My husband and I recently renovated our kitchen (and by that I mean a total overhaul!), and decided to purchase cabinets from Kitchen World based on a recommendation from my in-laws. We had a wonderful experience with our designer Tom and my husband and I are very happy about our decision! The customer service was always friendly and helpful. We installed our cabinets ourselves, and I do think a little more instruction would have been helpful (for one cabinet in particular, we had to build up some bracing on the wall so that he cabinet had something to rest on and attach to - but a quick call to Tom assured us that we were doing the right thing). Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend Kitchen World.

The displays in the store helped me to select options for cabinets. She always responded quickly to any questions and made sure things went smoothly for the contractors. I love my kitchen and pantry!
