Great company to work with. Jose worked with our budget to get us a very fair quote. The installer, Justin, did an excellent job and is just the nicest guy. Olivia was a delight to chat with and was always right on top of things keeping me informed.

There was a delay in installation, which wasn't their fault yet they kept me in the loop the whole time so I'm more than happy to recommend this company to anyone.

Quality as a whole made purchasing gutters, easy. The communication was outstanding and the owner, staff and installers i give them a 10.. They went the extra mile and gave me recommendations on where to place the downspouts. They noticed my water issue ( my yard slopes and house at bottom) and installed the gutters and drains that now send the water elsewhere..I AM OVERJOYED!!!

The pool looks amazing. We are excited to see our dream backyard finally coming to life, especially with the challenging yard we had. Jake and Josh did a great job of overseeing our project from start to finish. Jake addressed any problems along we had and made sure things got resolved!

My husband and I are retired and this is our first pool. I was very nervous about the procedure and cost of putting in a in ground pool. Seth was very helpful and patient answering all my questions. With in a couple of hours he had sent me a diagram and price of the pool we talked about. We were able to go to the design center to look at the choices coping, tile and plaster. I really didn’t like the plaster options that was given to me. Seth was able to get me more choices to choose from. We selected Brilliant Blue and it’s perfect with the tile I chose.
Work started on 11/4/25. Chris and Miguel were doing the dig, rebar and tile. They are excellent! I can’t say enough about them. They work quickly and they cleaned up before leaving every night. When they had to remove the dirt they put down plastic on the driveway and sidewalk. Absolutely no dirt was left behind.
We meet Jake the day of the dig. Right off the bat we had a little hiccup. The position of the stairs had to be moved. We all decided on where they would go and everything worked out. There were a couple of other things that we had concerns about. Jake took care of it and on a timely basis. Jake was very accommodating. He made sure we were very happy with everything. He noticed the tile on the stairs and asked if that’s how I wanted it. I did not. I am very great full that he noticed it.. Our pool is not completely finished yet, we are replacing some coping. Jake is asking for Chris and Miguel to do that for us. For that I am very thankful for.
The people who shot the gunite were very clean also. They had plastic everywhere. That was very interesting to watch.
The decking faze could have been a little better. They didn’t make the slab for the equipment big enough. This was the first time our yard was left a bit of a mess. Although it did rain the day before pouring the cement.
Arron has been great. Again very patient with my questions. He has come to brush and skim the pool practically every day. He even came out on a Saturday to remove the equipment so the pad could be made bigger. Next time out he put everything back.
We are very pleased with how everything came out. Overall everything went smoothly. The pool looks beautiful.

I had a great experience with Baker for our home's roof replacement. David was a very informative and a low pressure sales partner and Ted was on top of things during the install. They left the property with nearly zero signs that they were here (no trash, nails, vegetation damage, etc). Highly recommend.

Recent heavy rain and storms created several leaks in my roof. Joey and Enrique from Baker Home Exteriors came out and were able to replace four compromised roof vents. Both were professional and did great work. They were also able to secure a loose fascia board on one of the dormer's to prevent further water damage from rain. Overall, a great experience.

I recently had a roof replaced with a new one installed by Baker Home Exteriors. My overall impression is a positive one, and I’m very pleased to have a new roof on my home. From my initial contact with Baker, through the installation to the final inspections, my overall experience was positive. I was particularly impress with my Sales Consultant, Kelly Norris. He was respectful, patient and understanding of my need to do my extensive due diligence, so that I could feel comfortable in my selection of my roofing contractor. My heightened need for assurance was the result of previous experiences with service provider who proved themselves to be unethical and without integrity; and left me disappointed and cautious when dealing with future contractors and service providers. Kelly understood that and respected my caution. It was because of my interactions with Kelly, and the respect he showed me on a personal level that I chose to go with Baker Home Exteriors. Throughout the process, I felt that we had created a relationship beyond that of a sales consultant and a prospective customer.

There were hiccups along the way that I noticed and brought to the attention of the Project Manager, Ted Haddock. He was always respectful and always responsive, going beyond perhaps what he was required to do to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. Never did I feel that I was being deceived or dismissed; or that Baker was trying to shirk their responsibility to make the situation right. And during the final quality assurance inspection, when their inspector found something that did not meet his standards, Baker promptly returned to address the issues that had been identified. I could say more, but suffice it to say that I believe I made a good decision to go with Baker Home Exteriors. The human being to human being relationships largely contributed to my level of satisfaction with the business experience and the final product.

They did excellent work. We needed to replace a glass door. Blends perfectly, like it never even happened.

Both my project lead, Joey and the on-site workman Enrique was fantastic and flexible. Because I was showing my home, my schedule got a bit crazy, and they were able to accommodate the last-minute changes needed in my project. The work was excellent, and I would definitely use them again!
