Yall put my unit in a little over a year and 3 months ago and yhe compressor went out then you tell me the only warranty I had was only on the compressor. I honestly believe you put a used unit on my property and you didn't come out to service it not one time. Im upset and I'll tell everyone that yall don't hold up your service your standards are sorry. You gave me the run around and was charge me outrageous prices. This is totally unacceptable. You and Clayton homes of lumberton.

They left trash and bottles all in my yard then took the pallet that the AC unit come on and throwed it in the edge of the woods really inconsiderate crew to do that not impressed at all

Bought a unit from Spell's Mechanical and they had it in my home immediately! Did great work, great price and great customer service.

Unproffesional staff. Driver doesn't know how to drive and then flips person off when they're called out for their behavior. Management failed to respond or take action.

The entire experience from the first meeting for an estimate, to replacing both 27 year old HVAC units and ductwork, adding a split ductless system for our bonus room, and installing a vapor barrier in our crawl space, was absolutely amazing! Mickie Spell's team accomplished all of this in just 3 days!!! They even provided space heaters to ensure our personal comfort for the short time we were without heat. Every single detail, to include cleaning up afterwards, was very meticulous.

I purchased a $7,000 heating and air conditioning unit from them 5 years ago and I have been having problems with it since day one and they still have not fixed it. Every summer the unit freezes up and the have come out and put freon in it and they say there is a leak but they have not found the leak as of yet. Now, they want me to pay for them to come out, which is not fair, because the original problem was never fixed. I don't feel I should pay for them to come out to fix a problem they are already aware of, so now my family and I have to suffer with 90 degree weather inside of our home. I called them 3 or 4 times this week and they said I would receive a call back but as of yet, no one has called. If I pay them to try and fix something that they can't fix, I will have to pay EVERY summer for something that is not my fault.

I cannot thank you Spells enough for taking care of my family. Ricky made sure that I had all the information about my options and answered all of the questions I had with clear and easy to understand responses. Veronica, the finance manager, used every avenue to make sure my family had the best possible outcome when we decided to finance. She made it possible to turn what could have been a huge financial hurt into something we could easily manage. This was the only company in Fayetteville that worked hard to take care of my family and not treat us like another job. Thank you.

Expect to pay double to triple the price or more with this company, stay away. They replaced a contact and a control board and charged over $800, 2 months later the contact got stuck and heat pump ran for 24 hrs or more. Now they want to change the compressor [thats under warranty for $1800 or replace the heat pump unit for $4800 . Almost fell for it . I ordered the same control board and contact for a total of $60, stay away!!

I’m not sure where to begin but my mom used this shady company for years for some odd reason. I would hear complaints from my family about the company but I witnessed the shadiness a few days ago and now today. My mom called to schedule a time for someone to take a look at the heating issue Friday ( December 10 2021) around 10am. The person answering the phone said she would get someone to the house but couldn’t tell us a time. We waited until 3:30pm and we were told by the person on the phone the technician is on the way. We waited until 4:40pm and no one arrived. My mom called again to reschedule for Monday but the woman on the phone said the technician is almost at our house but we declined and wanted to reschedule for Monday; However, the woman on the phone “ claimed” that all appointments are booked for Monday which is strange because they do not have time slots 🤔(From my understanding this company charges after hours but cannot tell you a time when someone will arrive to your home.. doesn’t sound too trust worthy to me). We scheduled for Tuesday but again we did not receive an appointment time. A technician arrived around 3:20pm to tell us we would have to pay over $800 to fix the issue but he went ahead and fixed the wire problem that may cause problems in the future ( we only used this company so it’s quite interesting it was a wire issue that could potentially lead to bigger problems in the future 🤨). We were told we would be charged for the VISIT ONLY because we didn’t ask for him to fix anything. Once the job was done, another technician comes in to tell me a different price. Of course I was confused because we were told one thing and charged ( minor repair fee) for something we didn’t ask to be fixed. Today you lost a customer and I will make sure my mom will no longer have to deal with the unprofessionalism and shadiness this company has to offer.

Tony came out on a Sunday morning to fix our AC and was absolutely amazing!!! He told us what was wrong and fixed it quickly. He also gave us some great tips and maintenance pointers to keep our system running the best we can. He was very polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable!
