We scheduled an appointment. The assistant called to re-schedule, which we did. Then no one showed up. We contacted the person who was supposed to show up and the assistant, no one answered the calls and no one returned our calls and no one ever showed up for our quote.

What a great company! I had someone schedule an appt and never showed. I called TEG and they were prompt and took care of my water issue quickly! Highly recommended!

It took me 6 months to find someone to do the work at a fair price because it was a hard and small job. They did a better job than expected. He cut in a road and cleared out a camp area on my land . It now looks like a little park .

Cleared my calendar to make sure I was home on 8/18 for my appointment that was confirmed with Chris. He didn't show up all day, didn't call and gave no response to my follow-ups. If 0 stars were an option, it'd be more accurate. A complete waste of my time. If people don't want to work, they should retire and quit wasting others' time.

Chris and his team did a phenomenal job for us. We moved into our house or your ago, and the yardwork had been pristinely maintained. We didn’t know what we are getting into, and were in over our heads and before we knew it are plants and trees and weeds are out of control. The work we commissioned included pulling, moving and trimming plants and trees, trimming trees, removing leaves and pine needles and laying mulch, cleaning out drains and killing off and re-seeding our lawn as we switch over to zoysia. It completely transformed our house so it’s both aesthetically stunning and also a much more manageable level of maintenance for us. Highly recommend this team!

Had Chris and his team come out to a rental property that had major issues with leaking walls and the yard flooding. This is a rental property and I live out of state. Triple Earth went above and beyond what I expected. They came out and final graded a French drain on exterior of house 6 feet deep I was working on. When they were done grading it only needed grass seed or flower beds to make it golf course ready. Thanks again Chris.

We hired Chris after discovering water damage in our basement level bedrooms. He's a technical expert that knows his crafts well, is reliable and communicative, and friendly and pleasant to work with. This was a large project which was managed efficiently and we would recommend Chris to anyone in need of professional water remediation.

Our situation was difficult, on a hill with basement deep underground and sloping from the street to the house. Chris devised a multi-pronged solution that included waterproofing the foundation, installing a french drain, and major reworking the grading of the entire landscape to divert water away. He and his team also went above and beyond our initial scope at several points including applying a parging coat to the brick veneer to ensure a good surface, cleaning and troubleshooting gutters to prevent erosion on the new grade, and providing referrals to other contractors for peripheral issues. He also took care of rebuilding our sunken front walkway and step with an excellent looking paver design.

As I've now moved on toward repairing the extensive internal damage that the water intrusions caused I've had time to think back on our choice in Chris. I had cheaper quotes, usually from guys who wanted to install a sump pump in the basement, or who were just narrower in overall scope. I am certain now that taking those bids would have been a serious mistake. We got a top of the line treatment to the problem from Chris, which lets me now invest in internal repairs with confidence. I have gained respect for the havoc that unmanaged water causes and I feel secure that Chris has provided every possible deterent to future water intrusion.

I was looking forward to working with Triple Earth LLC after seeing their reviews. I called and a site visit was arranged. Chris is very knowledgeable and explained what my project needed and I agreed. He was to send me a quote in “a few days”. After not hearing from him for 9 days I texted and six days later he responded with he was on vacation and behind on estimates. As I had water issues, he was going to prioritize me and send it that day. A week later I called and he apologized and said he would send the estimate and he had an opening and would start the job in five days. Another week goes by with no response, says he wrote my email down wrong and it’s going to the wrong place. Said he would resend that night. I’m another week into waiting and now will move on to someone else, as he no longer responds to texts or phone calls.
To receive such rave reviews, it is obvious these reviews are fake or this company is going through tremendous turmoil. I rarely ever write a negative review, but I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional company and individual.
Run as far away as possible from this company.

Chris and his team did a great job grading and adding proper drainage to our backyard. This was a large project and we had a hard time finding the right person to do the work, until we met Chris. He and his team worked efficiently and professionally and we were finally able to use the yard that had been a swamp mess for so long!

I have had the opportunity to work with Chris and his crew for the past four years. He's my go to guy for sure. As a home owner I have used Triple Earth for the following projects; Tree removal, drainage & catch basin, concreate repair, landscaping makeover. Just recently a huge sink hole apperaed in my front yard, and Chris and his team came to my aid. As always, I experienced no problems on any of the projects. I have had no problems in cost of these projects, the scope of work, or the finished product. the projects have always been completed in a timely basis.

I have no problems in using Triple Earth again or recommedating them to others. This guy and his company is the real Deal.
