Wonderful experience day with Climate Design systems! Jason and his team has always been wonderful to work with! Today I had maintenance done on my unit. Jerame came out and provided the service today with a regular maintenance. He also went above and beyond and helped me to take down the wooden box around my unit, which was old and I requested to be removed. He helped by taking it apart piece by piece. I was very appreciative of that. He was also very honest and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Climate Design Solutions and Jason’s team to anyone looking for maintenance or work on their HVAC unit! Thank you so much for all of your help as always! I look forward to working with you again!

We lost air on a Wednesday and by Friday afternoon Jason and Eric had us back up and running. Jason and Eric were both responsive, and honest when we were talking about different options for repair. After weighing our options we pulled the trigger on a whole new unit. Jason gave me his personal number and said to reach out with any questions, after install. I will recommend Jason and Eric all day long when it comes to your heating and cooling needs!

My father had a house built 2 years ago and always questioned his emergency heat strips and if they worked properly, during our last harsh cold weather his system couldn’t keep up, the original HVAC co said before this happened everything was working right. I reached out to Climate Designs Systems and Jason got a tech out there quickly. Come to find out the original company never secured the heat strips wiring. Climate design systems fixed it and now my father can feel good knowing that his system will work great moving forward. Thanks guys.

Jason and his team are very knowledgeable about their services and we’re professionals the entire time. They completed a full hvac and duct work rip out and new install quickly and left my home clean. New system is running perfectly. Would recommend for any HVAC work for your needs.

Jason and his team are amazing. We have used them for both AC and heating issues and they have been so helpful without trying to sell us entirely new systems prematurely like other companies have. They really take their time in diagnosing the issue and are very responsive. Not to mention they are also very professional and courteous. 10/10 would recommend.

I've used Climate Design Systems for a couple years now. They have been incredible to work with in an industry that is full of companies that are chasing money over client satisfaction (Looking at you MJ).

My condensation drain was installed incorrectly. Climate Design Systems fixed that. My unit was leaking water into the box and they fixed that. My unit had a damper die and they fixed that. Climate Design Systems is prompt with their service, friendly, and experts at what they do.

As you can see with the issues above, I felt like I was dealt a lemon with the unit that came with my new build house. Jason and his team worked diligently and expertly to diagnose and solve my issues at a price point that makes the big dogs in the Charlotte area completely non-competitive.

Climate Design Systems came out to get our AC back online. We could not be happier with their service. Their tech Eric was very knowledgeable and patiently explained each step of his diagnostic process so we understood what he was doing.
