I'm not a very handy person- but the folks at Wilkinson supply were very helpful despite the fact that it is really a place that does business with plumbers more than people like me. I've been there a number of times and always gotten helpful advice.

We ordered high end kitchen and bar faucets from them which we didn't like. They insist on 30% re-stocking fee to return these mass-market (Koehler) faucets. There's no reason to buy from these guys. Just do it online from an outfit that will allow returns. You'll be much happier.

Jay and Robbie were super friendly, creative in solving our problem, and helpful. We had two different puzzling issues we couldn’t solve, and they came up with solutions to each one! So grateful to them for their expertise and patience!!

Our builder sent us here to pick things out for a bathroom model and we have had such a positive experience! We've been working directly with Michael Tuck and Dottie Tolson - both are gems and together they make a great team. I don't know how long they have been at this, but they certainly know their stuff. Both have terrific design eyes, are extremely customer-focused, smart, and just down-to-earth, likeable people. Extremely easy to work with! We could not be happier and will even miss them a little when our remodeling project is finally done.

I had a great experience with Wilkinson. Their selection and the expertise of their staff helped guide my bathroom renovation to make it everything I wanted to be and more. Mike Tuck was so helpful in helping me find what I wanted and the options I chose were not only priced better than Lowe’s or Home Depot but they wouldn’t have been available there. There was a mix up with the sink I ordered (manufacturer sent wrong item) that resulted in the wrong size openings in the vanity slab from the stone fabricator. Wilkinson’s made it right and organized the openings to be cut to the right size and covered the cost and reinstallation. They are the go-to for high end kitchen and bathroom renovations and I would go there again in a heartbeat.

This place - and its very patient staff - was a lifesaver while I was doing my kitchen. I worked with many vendors and Wilkinson consistently was my go-to place for reliable advice, thoughtful service and zero pressure to upsell. Beautiful products. Extremely fair prices (and I shopped around!) Highly recommend.
