Called this place last week VIA the phone number on their website. Left voicemail message to call me back to try and get some work done/quote. It's been 5 business days and have yet to get a single call back from anybody. Guess they do not want any new customers.....may want to put that on website.

Made a appointment with Mac Tree Service for an estimate to have tress cut down. NEVER showed up for the appointment or called to cancel the appointment!!! I made numerous calls , left messages and text. No response from Mac’s Tree service simply avoided my phone calls.

I had a some trees I needed removed. While Richard was fast on going to the site and phoning me with a quote (which I appreciated), it was almost 4X HIGHER than what I actually had it removed for from another company.

He would not budge on pricing either.

Mac's Tree Service went above and beyond. They were prompt, affordable, and did an excellent job!

Highly professional on every level. Complex tasks of removing very large trees right next to house, where potential falling branches would have significantly damaged dwelling. Incredible skill displayed. Completed all work. Ground and removed all cut down trees. Fabulous to watch.
