Incana Arborist did an excellent job trimming several trees on our property that were rotting or could have become dangerous during future storms. The crew was professional, thoughtful, and did great work from start to finish. The owner was very personable and even followed up afterward to make sure everything went well. Highly recommend!

The crew did exactly what I asked to be done which included tree removal, tree limb removal and general clean-up. I have had a lot of tree work done before, and I would rate this work as the very best. The price was reasonable for the amount of work done. I was especially pleased that Grafton physically checked on the finished project.

We had Incana Arborist out to assess the trees around our house. He and his crew trimmed the trees over our house, added a cable to one tree to give it added strength for our hurricanes, removed three other trees, and grind up a large stump next to our driveway. They even mulched up a lot of the material so I could use it around the garden. They had all the equipment you would expect from a big operation (bucket truck, and all the harnesses) however they are still a small local business with the owner being the team lead arborist. I work remotely and have meetings throughout the day. They were prompt/early when they said they would start the work and they were always respectful of my meetings. Additionally, they cleaned the areas they worked in after they were complete. We will certainly have them out again in the future if we need other tree work.

They took down five gigantic trees - two within feet of our house - and hauled away the wood and chips with no trace left (including raking, blowing chips away, and resetting outdoor landscaping pieces). They have modern equipment that really speeds up the process. The owner has deep tree knowledge and a real respect for trees and keeping as many as possible - I didn't feel pressured or like he was trying to take more than necessary down for business. They also didn't blink at asking to haul away a couple trees myself and just drop them. They also listened and respected some necessary limits, like not driving over our septic field with trucks, and worked around the challenge. Great experience overall!
