NewGen Restores is my go to operation for floor cleaning. I've never been disappointed with the work or their service.

Their pricing is very fair for the level of work that they do. I must be clear that they give high value for their work. Value is of course different than a simple measure of cost. The cheapest is rarely, if ever, the best deal. Cheap does not define value and does not bring you quality. NewGen Restores brings fair pricing with great value. I will be using them in the future and will refer them without hesitation.

NewGen Restores has done an excellent job at our clinics for the past two years. They were done incorrectly by another company and were in bad shape. NewGen came in and restored the quality and has maintained them ever since. We would recommend them not only for their quality of their work but their excellent customer service.

Joe and John pressured washed my house and did a fantastic job. Before they left they asked me to inspect their work to make sure I was happy, which to me speaks volumes on the customer service and workmanship. Great value for the price too. I will be calling them again in the future.

Kent and his entire team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. From hardwood refinishing to new hardwood and carpet install, they exceeded all of our expectations. I would highly recommend them!

Great service. Kent at NewGen was able to make our hardwood floors look completely flawless. The previous owners had pets and they were pretty beat up before NewGen came out. You can see the pictures on his website!!

We have used NewGen in several of our warehouse buildings in Charlotte and Lincolnton for office and warehouse floor maintenance. Based on my observations of their service in our warehouse facilities, I decided to try them in my house for my kitchen / dining room tile. They did an outstanding job and were as fastidious in my house as they are in my warehouse buildings. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for all types of flooring maintenance.

We enjoyed our experience with Ken and his team! We used their services to replace our backsplash and love the results! Ken's tile guy is so meticulous and he went above and beyond to make it exactly what I wanted! We are very pleased with this company!

We used New Gen for a tile floor installation to replace hardwood flooring. They quickly provided a quote for the job and scheduled our installation soon after. Their tile installer was processional and did a great job.

I interviewed several companies for the work remodeling our home and have a background in residential homes. Kent was the most professional and knowledgeable of them all. His crew showed up on time and his tile guy stayed for 10 hours to expertly install our very tedious kitchen backsplash. I'll go to Kent every time for years to come when it comes to flooring and tile.

We used NewGen to add some hardwood flooring in our home. They did an amazing job, price was great and knocked it out in one day! I highly recommend them and will use them again if we ever do any more flooring remodels!!

Last Tuesday a gentleman came to stretch our bedroom rug, on Wednesday Calvin came to clean two carpets, an 8x10 wool rug and 6 chairs. I want to let you know how professional and courteous they both were and what a great job they did. We will spread the word in our condo community.

Extremely professional! I got my 5 year old mattress cleaned and carpet. They got stains out I didn’t think they would be able to. Very efficient. The two gentleman that came out, Joe and Aaron, couldn’t ask for nicer people, they were very friendly and hard workers. I will definitely be referring them to my neighbors and will also be calling them back for more projects. THANK YOU!!

NewGen Restores is AMAZING! We've used their services to clean our carpets twice a year and they are friendly, professional and efficient. On the few occasions where we've had doggie messes that needed to be addressed quickly, they worked with us to come the next day. Kent, Liz, Aaron and the entire team are fantastic!

NewGen Restores continues to amaze me with the range of their services and the quality and timeliness of the work: everything from cleaning an individual home or business to comprehensive preparation of an existing home for sale - new floors, new carpet, repainting, deep cleaning and more. I had a home in Weddington that was wonderful house, but some of the maintenance had been deferred as the couple dealt with increasingly difficult Alzherimer's. Kent came in and prepared a comprehensive plan for replacing badly faded carpets with wood, deep cleaning carpets on the upper floors, painting two floors.

The people who work with his company are all terrific, professional, on time, clean up after themselves. I simply can't say enough. I now use them for cleaning my personal home!

I recently had the carpet in 3 bedrooms stretched and cleaned by NewGen Restores. The stretching crew and the cleaning crew arrived on time, were very professional and did a great job. The price was reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend them!

Kent was non-responsive. It took Newgen almost 7 months to come to our home to look at a buckling floor (7.29/21- 2/8/22). We ended up having a leak and we were unaware of the damage the leak caused. We reluctantly had Newgen do our remediation (we had non-responsive issues when the initial flooring was installed as well), and our estimate (By Newgen) was approved by our insurance. Kent, the owner did not want to do the work. He wanted to only put in 600 sq ft of flooring (insurance approved the whole downstairs), wanted to put veneer on the sides on our cabinets and particle board under the sink (insurance approved 12 linear feet of new cabinets). He said that we would have money left over and we could take a little weekend getaway. When we told him that we wanted the repairs done that the insurance approved, he asked us why? (I might add that Kent informed us that the flooring we had was no longer made by the same manufacturer so the click and lock grooves were no longer the same so he wanted to glue the flooring down, also the sheen of the flooring may not be the same part of the reason we wanted ALL of the flooring done). When we told him that we weren't interested in partial repairs. He quit communicating. When I would call, he would say that "he needed the report, could I send it to him" (the report that he prepared and sent to my insurance). He also said he didn't have our insurance company's phone number because he had questions., he told my husband that he didn't have enough workers, his assistant said that he was reviewing the report...I could go on and on. I ended up contacting an attorney and was told to have my insurance company assign a new restoration company. So, we did that. We have had more done in the last 48 hours than we have in 4 months.

We had our hard woods completely redone in our new house and were very pleased with the customer service, promptness and outcome of the flooring. kent worked well with us to figure out quality flooring in our price range that we were looking for. we also utilized their cleaning service afterwards to make our move in to the new home perfect!

Kent and his team did a great job on our hardwood floors. Over 2000 SF of stone removed and replaced with site finished hardwood floors. I highly recommend NewGen Restores. Great quality, fair price and excellent service, thanks and well done guys!

Newgen recently did a tear out of existing hardwood floors and carpeted areas downstairs in our home and replaced with new wood flooring throughout. Kent, Liz, and their team are extremely professional and easy to work with. They handled the heavy pieces of furniture they had to move with great care, and they communicated an unexpected delay very quickly, and did everything possible to keep the flooring installation on target. When our family walked into our home and saw the new floors, we were absolutely amazed at how the floors transformed our home. We are very pleased with the work Newgen did and would absolutely recommend them! Not only do they do excellent work, but they also make sure they educate you on your floors, how to care for them, what's quality wood, etc.

We had Kent and his team do some carpet replacement upstairs as well as refinish our hardwood. He and his team were prompt, professional, and did an amazing job. We will definitely use them moving forward for any of our flooring needs. Thanks!
