We hired Fineline for a 4-5 month project to convert our garage into a living room with a small laundry room and added full bathroom. They were nothing but professional, courteous and kind from the very start! After having lived through one renovation previously, the most important skills we were looking for in a GC were communication and conflict management. Every project has their unforeseen challenges, and we wanted to make sure this project team could handle them professionally and efficiently. They proved themselves in this regard with clear email communication, text messages and phone calls whenever necessary. They mediated with vendors and worked through issues with subcontractors directly and professionally. We always felt respected by all Fineline staff and appreciate their integrity and communication skills. Of course the quality of work is also key, and they shined there as well. We are so happy with the way the entire design was created, and for the expertise they offered in the process (for example, advising us to swap the location of the bathroom and laundry room). Since we communicated regularly, we were always in the loop and notified when additional design options came up. We never felt pressured, but were thankful to have been given the options since we had never done a project like this. We will definitely look to Fineline for our future house projects!

Fineline constructed a Craftsman Style front porch with a mahogany door in the Lake Wylie area, using cultured stone siding, tongue and groove stained ceiling, metal roofing and a paver flooring system. Their workmanship was excellent and our satisfaction was of the utmost importance to them. Subs were professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their services.
