Refrigerator reviews in Charlotte, North Carolina

The actual bill ended up being 3 times the price of the quote though there was no more problems found or work completed than what the initial quote was for. After speaking with the office manager about the bill, they wanted us to pay the hourly rate for the tech who was training as well though it was obviously his first day on the job and he just shadowed. Either way, the problem was fixed for about 3 days and then the unit started acting up again.

Commercial Refrigeration is without a doubt the most trustworthy and reliable company one could deal with!!! Five stars anytime!!!

I have been using this company for three years for maintenance on my commercial cooler. Their service is fast and reliable and everyone on their staff is absolutely amazing to work with. I cannot recommend them enough!!

I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received from CommercialRefrigerator Company! Their team replaced the compressor in my commercial refrigerator and got it running like new. The technician was friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the process.
I highly recommend this company for their excellent service, competitive pricing, and commitment to quality workmanship. They're the go-to choice for any business looking to keep their refrigeration equipment running smoothly.
Thank you. -
When asked the repair tech refused to put on a mask. Do not use.

Parked in a handicapped spot (with no handicapped placard) when there are plenty of open spots. Would not trust anyone willing to do that with a labeled vehicle to be an honest and trustworthy person.

Terrible Customer Service, and inexperience service technician. I was charged $120 hour while a service tech sat on the phone with the manufacture of my ice machine to try and figure out how to fix it. Then he broke a part that I was over charged to replace! The office manager did care, that I was upset she sent a tech that did not know refrigeration!

I do not use GRS. My complaint is utterly related to the driving abilities of techs. In an exit lane, a tech so bent on make a service call nearly caused and accident due to negligent driving. Because he wasn’t willing to wait 10 seconds to get around me. That’s poor planning and scheduling. His truck number was 124. I wasn’t going to post that here, but his attitude on me asking why told me I should. GRS he is going to cost you money doing stuff like this. I have dash cam footage to prove what I’m saying, and if you’re interested I will work on sending your way. If you don’t care, well, I’m glad I’m not a customer. And this should be a note to people considering their service. Oh, and finally..... I’ll remove this if i have decent communication back on this.... cheers

6 years since the last review about their terrible drivers and it appears they haven't improved at all. Special shout out to the gentleman in van # 139 who decided to flip me off on the interstate.
Considering labeled vans are essentially billboards for a company, if this is the face they show I can't imagine actually dealing with them in person.
