Worst company to hire a contractor with from the company to the contractor that manage the project. The project was not managed very well as to couple months of not supervising their workers while they're on their job. The workmanship of this project is horrible and a nightmare. It took them almost 8 months to reside siding deck and gutter a 6 unit condo in West Charlotte. In the process of residing they have left the units uncovered and exposed to extreme weather treacherous downpours causing flooding in units. On top of that they have ripped out some stuff that they were supposed to replace but are not replacing it. They also are not going to fix the flooding issues that it has caused to the homeowners units. On top of that the Contractors will use your electric energy without your permission causing homeowners money and time. Then they will also use the homeowners bench as a workbench causing damages. The debris that the contractors have left was also not cleaned very well leaving a lot of glass and nails around the property where the project was going on. What a horrible experience this is if you are looking for a contractor to do any work I would recommend elsewhere because Paragon will give you the runaround and not answer you when you need them.

Paragon's project supervisors were easy to work with and communicate well. Some of the crews they use also work with other siding companies but Paragon seems to have their projects better managed. I would continue using them for my siding needs.

Utilized Paragon to install a new screen porch, the tech arrived on tine, completed enclosing the entire patio quickly and very good quality, and all caulking.

Clean and on-time, communication with Chris in the home office to quickly quote and deliver project was excellent, highly recommend Paragon!

Working with Paragon Construction Services was an absolute pleasure. They did outstanding work replace the roof and painting our house. Excellent communication, very responsive and we are so thankful that the work was completed quickly. I'd definitely recommend their services. We will 100% use them again in the near future.
