I paid $3,300 for a fence deposit and would not come over for the work. I have recently sued Russell. Looks like I will not be getting that back sadly. DO NOT USE. COMPLETE SCAM!!!! I just now saw that other have had the same scam happen to them. Unbelievable! RUN!

DO NOT do business with this person. Russell Fernandez. He has a home remodeling business called L&R Remodeling Services, LLC. He stole $1998.00 from us on 12/2/22 and we are now in the process of suing him. It was money given to him to buy supplies and begin a home repair project for us, in which he never started and has now ghosted us. We should have done our homework better upfront, but we agreed to hire him in good faith. After the fact, we discovered that he has been in trouble for this kind of stuff before, and was recently arrested for a different issue. I can only find two reviews for him online. One is a bad review and the other one is "excellent" but lo and behold, that review was written by "his partner" Cheryll Moore. She's no good either. I hate to have to do this, but I don't want anyone else to go through what we are. Nightmare.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! I was referred by my cousin and he completely ripped me off. I gave him a deposit of $3400 for supplies supposedly. I think I funded his son's and his trip to New York for Christmas. I recently had a court date and he didn't show up. I guess I will never see that money either looking at this history. The work he did for my cousin is a mess and her cabinets are coming back off the wall. Horrible that people like him exist. Looks like he ripped off a lot of people in the same time frame end of 2022. He is probably long gone from NC. The one positive review is from his gf!!!! what a joke
