TC services came out Thursday and changed my thermostat control and then told me my system was installed improperly. Your man left in his van and I haven't gotten a call back since. I talked to the girl that answers the phone and she said they will call back and no call. I just want to know if your going to come back and make the necessary repairs. I'm not worried about warranties the don't apply here, I just want my system fixed. Please call me and tell me that you will either be back or do I call another Company? It's no problem either way, the days are going to get warmer from here on.
