I met the owner of Drains Emporium during an ice storm. He had bought a snowblower from me. Somehow we started to speak to the fact that I have a tankless water system. When I built my house 11 years ago I was never educated about my tankless water system and the annual maintenance it requires. He took the time to educate me about a tankless water system, I took his business card and made an appointment for him to come out to service my system. He was on time, courteous, extremely professional, polite. He came back with pictures to show me that system had been leaking water for an unknown amount of time and explained that the water pressure was very high. Unfortunately at the time of the original installation of the system, there was never a panel installed to monitor the pressures and other information about how the system was performing. I cannot express enough gratitude for being shown from start to finish pictures and full explanations of why the system was failing. The necessary replacement part was installed that was causing the constant water leak. A pressure gauge found that the water pressure was way above the recommended water pressure. A pressure gauge was added to the system and the water pressure was significantly reduced to reduce the risk of the need for another TPM replacement.
The honesty, professionalism, the time taken to educate me on every repair and improvement, cost was quoted for every work done to the system.
I would without any hesitation recommend Drains Emporium. The services are not limited to Tankless Water Systems.

I would recommend Drains Emporium to anyone around me needing plumbing or septic work. I had major back pitch on one of my rental properties sewer line and constantly dealing with backups, Geo was able to identify the problem and gave me a forever solution instead of bandaid (repair) we ended up going with whole sewer line replacement, couldn’t be happier with the work, he was able to keep the lawn looking almost like nothing happened! I highly recommend Drains Emporium for your septic repair needs. Geovani came out on the same day I called when my septic alarm went off. He was able to diagnose and fix multiple issues that other septic contractors and the original installer had caused including an underpowered and burned out pump, poor quality filter, improperly pitched pipe, a broken underground pipe, an unsealed panel, and a partially fried circuit board requiring a full panel replacement. This included issues the county and neighborhood inspectors missed. Geovani took the time to explain everything to me, teach me about how these systems actually function, was incredibly nice, patient, honest, and professional, and him and his crew repaired everything within 2 days. In an industry riddled with bad actors, Geovani stands out as someone who is incredibly knowledgeable and you can trust.

If you want to do it right the first time, call Drainsemporium. Geovani cares about his craft and his attention to detail is amazing. He replaced my sewer line, installed it with minimal interruption on my lawn. Just recently had him replaced one of our rental units shower valves. I highly recommend. Geovani is a big time expert in Septic systems/pumps/leach fields/risers/etc. He has excellent equipment and an outstanding team for big projects. They are efficient, do very high quality work, and aren't trying to upsell you on stuff you don't need. He'll give you the options and risks clearly, he's a good communicator.
