Called at 1 pm and they arrived at 2:15 pm. The lady on the phone was polite, and Chelsea + Kennedy did a great job

Absolute rip off and scam. Took 3 hours and $350 from me to clean nothing. They took advantage of an out of state customer who was unable to inspect their POOR "work." Their staff even took it upon themselves to turn on the AC, jack down the temp and left it on for day. When called the TERRIBLE excuse of a person wouldn't even give me a call. Only text then threatened to take a lean out.....even after already paying. avoid at all cost. Will happily post texts from conversation.

Ten stars to this team. Pam worked with me on numerous occasions to fit me into their schedule; I appreciate the prompt responses and reviewing the process with me. Terri, Elizabeth and Chelsea arrived on time with all their equipment. They were courteous to accommodate no shoes indoors. After a walk-thru of the rooms that needed servicing, they worked diligently. The results are beyond great - they made our house feel so fresh and clean. We appreciate everything they did. If that wasn't enough, they left us a thoughtful Christmas gift! Their professionalism, courtesy, care, and hard work were already the best gifts. We look forward to working with them again! I hope I am not too late to enlist their services on a regular basis - clearly from these reviews, they have an established clientele! Thank you Terri, Elizabeth and Chelsea - you are awesome!
