They came out and told me what was wrong with my air condition said they had to order a part and never return call the owner hopefully that he would return my call it's been a month and 3 weeks and have not heard from anyone I advise no one to call this company they installed the heat my heat and air 3 years ago it took him 6 months to install it 3 years later called them back and this is what I get from them so anyone that knows this company please do not call them cuz they will screw you very very very bad

Never did this company check my hvac system they was only called to see how much it would cost just to have them come out and quote it. 2 yrs later they are sending invoices for a service I NEVER received. I actually did away with the hvac unit so beware of your calls to this money hungry company. Ill be proving my case in court. Jokes on you!!!!

I am a landlord and have used Stanley HVAC for over 10 years on multiple residential and commercial properties in several counties. They are as honest as can be and have keys to all of my properties. I can't count the times they have gone above and beyond and it seems I always throw a curve ball at them. The owner Jason is often onsite and makes sure the job is done properly and timely. I have had drains cleaned, humidifiers
and hot water heaters installed, hvac systems installed and repaired etc. I don't even shop around anymore and these guys are my go to! Highly recommend!

Yesterday, (a Saturday) our attic unit started leaking from the drain pan. Having just had a new ceiling installed (when it had also happened in the past)...it wasn't good. SHAC was called and was out within 30-45 minutes.

He was very thorough and cleaned it up for us and also fixed it so that it will switch off before it happens again. It was a blessing to be able to have someone come so quickly and get it done for us...especially on a weekend.

We had called a different place and left a message for the weekend emergency number and still have not received a call back. SHAC came when we needed them.

YES...I would HIGHLY recommend SHAC to those in need!

I highly recommend Stanley Heating and Air. When building a new home in 2002, Tommy had the most professional proposal of any company we took estimates from. He even accomplished what another company said couldn't be done. Now 16 yrs. later, we still have the same heat pumps and great service.

Thomas was very friendly, courteous and professional. The blower motor was replaced in about 40 minutes, no muss no fuss. Now I don't have to worry about the furnace this winter. Thanks again Stanley heating and air.

Stanley HVAC came highly recommended by a friend who works in the industrial division of a major HVAC systems manufacturer. He mentioned that Stanley is the only distributor of HVAC systems he would refer me to in the Winston Salem area . I am so appreciative that he did! Of all the professionals I spoke with employeed by other HVAV distributors, the ones with Stanley were by far the most knowledgeable, professional, kind, and offered great service. The sales representative, Matt, explained just what I needed to know about my Carrier unit, without complicating the buying experience!! and they were the most reasonably priced.They have promptly! handled very minor adjustments which made a difference for me. Larry is a very knowledgeable electrician and he and Matt have even guided me with a personal concern I’ve had with Duke Energy - going out of the way to be extremely helpful. I agree with my friend-Stanley is the best in the Winston Salem area!

Dillon, Seth and Peyton just left my house. What an awesome bunch of guys to have installed an entirely new system in my home. The price was very reasonable and their work ethics was exceptional. They cleaned up behind themselves and left my property just as they found it. Anyone looking for a heating and cooling company, feel assured of Shew HVAC. I highly recommend them.

I had a service call from this company and was very pleased . They came the next day and were quietly competent. What was quoted was a fair and reasonable price for the work performed and based on this experience will recommend their services as well as use them as my primary service contractor .
