I have been very satisfied with the level of service from Scott Brothers Heating and Air. From the ladies doing the scheduling to the the repair tech, Delaney, all have shown a commitment to getting the repair done in a timely manner at a fair price. Scott Brothers will definitely be my first call when needed in the future.

Delany cleaned our split units today at our home. He was very good at communicating with us from the time he sent his introductory text to the time he said goodbye. Nice young man and great experience for us.

Scott Brothers HVAC is the absolute best! Their customer service is excellent. The technician, Delaney, was professional and articulate and figured out the issue quickly. He was able to get the air conditioning running for my renter. Delaney communicated well with me every step of the way. I highly recommend Scott Brothers HVAC.

When you're dealing with a technician, asking questions, I don't think any customer wants to be told, "you're overthinking this" or "I'm not looking forward to installing this..." Confidence erodes. As it turned out, I wasn't overthinking the issue because a technician from another company corrected Scott Brothers' work.

We all know people need to make a living and there's overhead etc. But, customers don't like being unfairly charged for services and equipment. This company lacks transparency in their quotes for services rendered. If you find that you've been unfairly charged and you confront the owner with your finding and he refuses to own it, you might be duped worse the next time. I cannot recommend this company to my family and friends due to my experiences. When you don't have trust in a company, what do you have?

Andy was truly amazing. His knowledge surpassed most service people I ever worked with. He's smart, hardworking and motivated. Andy is a true example of what company representation should look like. Andy, you not only helped with problems I didn't know I had, but you educated me with your passion of your profession. I only write reviews directed at individuals when they truly shine, and that is what you did.

We are so happy with our new HVAC service. After waiting over a week on the service we had previously used, we called Scott Brothers on the recommendation from a friend. Brenda and Chad worked to get us help as soon as possible--only 2 days including wait time on a part from Greensboro by UPS. Curtis came out for the initial visit to figure out what was wrong, and Andy for the second visit to do the repairs. Both servicemen were knowledgeable, professional, and very considerate. We definitely have a new service.

Our rental homes a/c wasn't working on Friday. Called Scott Brothers and everyone was very professional and pleasant. Brenda took my info and actually worked the schedule where someone came out in about 90 minutes. Andy called and let me know the issue and fixed it on the spot. We continue to get outstanding service from Scott Brothers Heating and Air. Delaney came this morning as scheduled and checked out the AC unit and air handling system. We had him clean the coil, which is good to do considering ours is an older unit. Delaney was pleasant, informative, and took his time performing the work and answering my questions. We appreciate the service and our service contract with Scott Brothers.

Chase arrived on time, with a confirmatory text that he was on the way. He thoroughly examined our units, found some issues, patiently showed me the issues, and offered some potential options. He was polite, charming and professional. We love working with Scott Brothers.

Andy is great on the service side and is very friendly and knowledgeable. Today we also had some new equipment installed and that seemed to go smoothly as well. These guys seem to know what they are doing and I would recommend them for HVAC.

Chase from Scott Brothers was great!! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We were not nearby and needed to get our heat back in in time for a renter. We called them and they were up there the next day, and fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable amount. They’re awesome!!

100% satisfied with the comprehensive treatment that Scott Brothers gave me today. Chase, the technician used a video to show me the condition of the burners and sensor which allowed me to get the problem corrected before I had an issue further into the winter when losing heat could have been more challenging. Also, they gave me options which saved me money and they completed the job within 30 minutes. They offer a free financing plan to better serve their customers. Plus, they put emergency service calls ahead of the line, quickly rotating when possible. Every detail was explained during the repair which was very helpful in many ways. Truly, this company not just cares about their customers, but is dedicated to ensuring their comfort with excellent service.

Scott Brothers was wonderful to work with from the initial phone call through completion of the service. I had a minor heating issue requiring a re-visit, which Chase was able to correct. For each visit Scott Brothers was at my home within 24 hours. I wish more companies provided honest ETA's with a picture and name of the arriving technician. I will certainly be a returning customer.

Scott Brothers heating and air was awesome through the whole experience. They responded promptly and efficiently. The technician that came out was on time and very knowledgeable. During the first snowstorm of the season, our furnace would not light. An hour after we called Scott Brothers, Luke arrived to our home. I explained the issue we were having and Luke quickly diagnosed our problem and offered a permanent remedy.

Scott Brothers had the parts they needed on their truck and Luke made the necessary repairs within an hour. After making the repair, Luke verified that repair worked by restarting our unit.

Luke has serviced our heating and air conditioning units several times. He is always so helpful and informative. We are grateful for the service plan we have with Scott Brothers. It is nice to know things are in working order!!

Curtis was very cordial and efficient in maintaining our furnace and heat pump.

Curtis solved our issue quickly and was very pleasant. And signed up for a yearly contract. Highly recommended.

Delaney was my technician for an issue that I had with my heater recently . He was knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done. I thought the cost was reasonable for a holiday weekend and I would definitely call Scott Brothers, heating and air again.
The receptionist had great customer service and was prompt in sending someone out!

Luke, as with all of your techs was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We really appreciate the text updates as to when your guys will be on site. There are too many contractors that give you a broad window for their appearance and we stick around waiting. OVERALL great service from techs to billing. Thanks.
