I use to give them 5 stars but I was waiting for 2 days for them to come pick up two appliances from my house that they said they wanted. They never showed up 2 days in a row and without a call. I know they maybe busy doing repairs and such but follow up with customers that are waiting on you.

Ray came by and fixed my dryer after waiting for a week for him to come out the time he said he would actually come. We originally agreed on a price over the phone when he got here and fixed my dryer he upped the charge by another $80 then what we agreed on. He then proceeded to give me a half ass explanation of why he was charging me what he was charging. As well as added and said I’m lucky that he charge me what he did cause he just saved my home from a fire because of the lint he took out which he just threw on my lawn for me to pick up when the trash can was 2 feet away from where he threw the lint. Ray is very unprofessional and his communication is subpar to say the least. Definitely would not recommend getting any services done as he seems to switch up prices on people all the time as I heard him discussing how much to upcharge another client of his while he was on the phone with one of his employees. If I could give 0 stars I would!
