The entire team at ARC Electric were great to work with and did excellent work for my kitchen, bath, laundry, and main panel. Travis and Luke were both very knowledgeable, efficient, always had the customer first in their approach, were well organized, and did an overall great job! I look forward to seeing them again when we do the finishing work and would highly recommend them to others. Also want to thank the others on the ARC team who helped expedite the project when the work they were assigned to got rained out…David, Chris, Sammy, and Mateo..having the entire team there working together on short notice was a bonus and they were awesome. He gave me a free estimate for the work to be done, as well as suggestions for potential issues I may want to address in the future. He gave me different options to consider while keeping my budget in mind. It's so rare to find someone with such honesty and integrity these days.

Travis and Tucker were great! The initial assessment was spot on with regard to what I needed and the cost. They have wonderful people skills and extremely knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to contact ARC for future electrical needs. As a matter of fact, I’m surveying my property to find reasons to hire them again! I am sure the other technicians are good, however, I only want yo work with Travis and Tucker.

Contacted ARC for plumbing and Electric quotes after an inspection. They were very friendly on the phone, helped me understand what needed to be done base on the inspection and easily book the appointment.

Brandon installed some new detectors. He was friendly, prompt, and even had shoe covers on when he entered the home. He was very helpful explaining every step and the warranty. Easy payment as well.

I have worked with ARC on several house projects and they’ve always been professional and customer focused.

Today, Travis quickly diagnosed and repaired a faulty outlet. It was impacting several appliances on that line so it was good he could fix it easily. After that repair, I asked him to replace our dimmer for an outdoor light and he set me up with a smart outlet I can use later if I want to automate my lighting.

We are so pleased with ARC Electric!!! We have found our go-to Electrican company! Everyone we spoke with was very professional from the woman scheduling to the technicians who installed our ceiling fan! We got scheduled very quickly and the techs contacted us when they were on their way! We had a new ceiling fan installed with a new box and wiring put in the attic! Travis and JD were great techs and explained everything they were doing and answered all our questions! They were very neat, wore shoes booties inside without us asking, and cleaned up and vacuumed! Even the company vehicle was top notch! This is a class A company with high-quality employees!

First had a member of their team come out to price out a handful of stuff needed around the house. No pressure, no fee for a consult like some other companies. Are they the cheapest? Probably not but their customer service is fantastic! We had two electricians come out today to do some of the stuff we first discussed on the invoice. They were super clean, respectful and got the job done quickly but detail oriented. Would absolutely recommend ARC!
