Robert, Rayez, Timmy and Fernando did an awesome job taking care of us while we dealt with some awful water damage. They were professional, helpful and organized! Highly reccomend!!

Robert and Raymond were amazing. They came in and assessed our water damage quickly and left fans overnight so it could dry. They were friendly and respectful! Overall great to work with!

Highly recommend Angie and Carlos for any issues you may have. We had a washing machine leak upstairs causing some damage. Angie and Carlos were onsite within an hour setting up equipment. They were both knowledgeable, courteous, and diligent in making sure the water was removed with as little demo as possible. 5/5 would recommend.

Had an emergency water issue. Robert, Jordan and John with Servpro came to my house within an hour and took care of my emergency. This crew was professional, and explained the entire process. They were very knowledgeable and I appreciated the time and work that they did to resolve the emergency. I will definitely refer this company!!

Timmy and Chris came out and did a wonderful job. They were both extremely courteous, responsive to calls and needs, and professional. When I was talking to Timmy about the job, you could definitely tell that he was concerned about taking the time necessary to do the job right. That kind of character is so important when having people come into your home.

Servpro took great care of our home after a major water leak that affected both floors. Servpro staff was very professional and Thomas was amazing with the care he took prepping and protecting our home from further damage.

They were great, from the person assigned to my project to the person who help pick materials. Always answered all my questions. Always kept me in the loop. The people that came in, did an excellent job. Shout out to Eleximo and his team.

Joseph Painting deserves ten stars. He and his team were efficient, very customer centric, courteous, cleaned up every day and did a fantastic job - they exceeded our expectations. They changed the color of our house, caulked, repaired trim and their pricing was fair. Best of all, the final product looks like our house is brand new and the siding, trim and gutters were painted with precision.

I highly recommend Joseph Painting! We hired Joseph Painting to paint the exterior of our home several years ago and hired them again to paint the interior of our home last month. The exterior painting work included painting the siding, trim, and stair railings, as well as replacing wood trim that was rotted in several areas. The interior painting work involved painting our cathedral ceilings and 2-story walls, and repairing many areas on the ceilings and walls where the drywall tape was lifting/popping. For both painting jobs, the team (which included the owner) was professional, punctual, and highly skilled, paying close attention to detail. They prepped the surfaces thoroughly, cleaned up every day, and were very respectful of our property. With the interior painting, they took great care in protecting our furniture and hardwood floors. They did such a great job with the drywall repairs that you wouldn't know that there was ever a problem. They were a pleasure to work with - I will definitely hire them again for future painting jobs!

This company was recommended by my insurance company after I experienced a house fire. Of course they had a top notch sales pitch exclaiming how they would take care of everything and provide outstanding service. They were contracted to clean the interior and the contents of my home, plus demo a room which had significant fire damage. The cleaning process also included inventorying my contents and disposing of any damaged contents accordingly.

Well the cleaning crew they used was less than professional. I found them using MY cleaning supplies, snooping through personal items (i.e. reading documents) and attempting to not inventory items they were "wink wink" disposing of. Luckily for me, my schedule permitted me to be present on most occasions. I know this helped to keep them off guard and curb any further mishaps. Once the cleaning was done, my non-salvageable inventory list totaled over 10 pages of items which I would need to submit to my insurance. Oh, and while doing the inventory the cleaners didn't have enough inventory sheets so I had to give them one of my spiral notebooks so they could finish up.To get the final inventory list, I had to reach out to Service Master constantly for any response. I called, emailed, texted for over five weeks and only after involving my insurance company did they finally provide it.

During the demo process, they had to disconnect the plumbing in the bathroom to dispose of the damaged fixtures (tubs, sinks, toilet, etc). The day after the demo was complete, I stopped by and found standing water in my bathroom. After inspecting my crawlspace I found it was soaking wet along with the insulation under the bathroom subfloor. So now not only was I dealing with fire damage, I was facing water and possible mold damage. Somehow they forgot to cap the cut plumbing lines to the tub and sinks.

When I contacted the general manager/owner of ServiceMaster he had the nerve to say he was busy and couldn't do anything about it that day. Well after further conversation he did get someone out to look at it but it took a few more days before they pulled out the damaged insulation and placed fans in the house to dry out the moisture. In the process they
attempted to claim I was responsible for the leak somehow. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of service. They billed my insurance over $25k for some of the most unprofessional, disorganized, and inconsiderate behavior I've ever experienced from a company. And if they want to dispute my review feel free to do so, but be aware I have receipts.

I highly recommend Erik, the insurance specialist from Guardian Roofing, for any roofing repairs. In May 2023, my home experienced hail damage affecting both the roof and siding. Erick noted the damage and promptly offered a free estimate. Initially skeptical about unsolicited services, my reservations were quickly dispelled as Eric consistently demonstrated transparency, honesty, and sincerity throughout the entire process.

After a comprehensive assessment of the damage, Erik took the time to thoroughly explain the extent of the damage, patiently addressing all my questions and concerns.

From the initial estimate to filing the insurance claim and even inspecting the final repairs, Erik provided invaluable assistance and guidance. He provided a fair and accurate quote for the repairs, meticulously assisted with  the insurance claim, and ensured proper filing of all the paperwork. The repair work took less than a day and the repair crew was efficient, professional, and courteous.

My roof now looks amazing, and true to his word, I only had to cover the deductible. Erik is a genuinely nice person, who made this stressful situation easy and ensured the entire experience was seamless. If you're in need of reliable and trustworthy roofing repairs, Erik at Guardian Roofing is the person to call.

I can't say enough good things about Guardian. They stuck with us during our long three month battle with our insurance company until we were approved for a new roof. They NEVER gave up! Zan, Justin, and River were a pleasure to work with... no pressure the entire process. Installation from demo to cleanup was flawless and the new roof looks awesome! Better yet, we have peace-of-mind with Certainteed's quality roofing system installed. It comes as no surprise that after our second hail storm in our relatively new sub-division and mostly by word-of-mouth, our neighbors overwhelming trusted Guardian to install their new roof... approximately 10 out of the 15 roofs installed in the last 4 months. You're in better hands with Guardian.

Update: 11/30/24
Had our dryer vent cleaned and cleaning company said that vent cover on our roof has a screen that is clogged with lint when he ran the camera up there. I called Zan at Guardian Roofing and he sent a team out two days later after Thanksgiving to remove the "critter screen" which we do not need where we live. This was a part of the roof that was replaced when Guardian installed the new roof. We are so impressed by how Guardian followed up so quickly with this concern even after having our roof replaced almost a year ago. Also, the screen is necessary for some homes but we didn't need it. If you leave the screen in, you will need to have the lint removed periodically. I will continue to recommend Guardian to everyone that we know.

The Guardian Roofing team is responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We reached out to Guardian Roofing with a concern about a potential roof leak. I was pleasantly surprised that someone was able to come out the same day to inspect the roof. Bryan Diamond performed a thorough inspection and cleared debris from our roof where rainwater had been pooling. We will be keeping Guardian Roofing in mind for any future roofing needs.

The last roof was done by a jackleg! Didn’t address my roof leak at all . They didn’t install new flashing and disappeared after doing the work.

Guardian Roofing Installed my new roof and did a fantastic job. Justin Mills was very professional and attentive to my concerns. River Marks and his crews met my expectations far and beyond. I highly recommend Guardian Roofing for a job well done and the professionalism of all the employees.

Erik was our contact with Guardian to replace our roof after storm damage. He was great. He checked on us and the job several times to make sure everything was satisfactory. When there was a small problem after they finished, it was taken care of promptly. Also when the job came up higher than expected,Erik made sure we only paid our deductible. We are extremely pleased with the work and the professional demeanor of all involved

A+ When it comes to customer service. They explained the entire process about how to deal with the insurance claims and supplemental repairs that may have not been covered in the initial report. They communicated with my insurance to get supplemental repairs completed. Very patient with me as it took a while to get the second portion of funds to pay for the remaining balance. We were on the schedule to have our roof replaced and due to adverse weather conditions, it was delayed. Eric Jonsguard my representative drove to my home when I was working and tarped my roof in one my problem areas that was leaking from the previous hailstorm at no extra cost. This is not the type of company that charges you the entire amount of whatever the insurance is willing to pay in case you're thinking that. When they roofed by home it was a very easy process, they completed it in two days no left-over debris or nails. Excellent job on the install as I went on top of my roof the day after they completed the job. Excellent job by all team members!
