I had several things going on at my home at one time. I called and T Smith's contractors responded the same day! I had an issue that some of the service wasn't completed properly and they came out the next day and resolved the issue. Prices were right and everyone was professional! I will definitely use this company again!

Overpriced for low quality work. Horrible customer service.

Had main sewer line backed up, and paid almost $400 for them to not fix the problem, issues came back 3 days later. Called obviously not so happy, and after a lot of back and forth (I'm a customer that just paid almost $400 three days earlier, keep in mind) I was told they would camera inspect the sewer lines for free to, and I quote, "just to prove a point" and because "I expect an apology". I ended up declining. Very unprofessional. Would not want them doing anything else even if it was for free. Don't believe the "we stand by our work" stuff you'll read on their site, they dont. They just want to upsale you to do something more expensive.

I highly suggest to shop around. I found that others will camera inspect AND thoroughly clear the pipes for close to same cost they will charge just to snake your lines and leave. Others will make sure the job was actually FULLY done before leaving, let alone use better/more thorough methods of clearing like water jetting (as well as multiple methods in one visit if needed, no extra charge)

Do not recommend. You've been warned.

Amazing service. I called the number, had the owner call me back within 5 minutes, and had a new water heater in my home a few hours later ... on a Sunday. I was expecting to be hit hard with a weekend up charge, but wasn’t. All around amazing experience and I’d recommend them for any job!

This company is the best. I had to call 2 days before Christmas with a major plumbing problem and they were there to get it fixed the right way. The plumber that showed was so courteous and professional, did the job and cleaned up after himself. I will use this company again, and definitely refer them to anyone that needs their service.

Called for a sewer line leak. Guy came out and snaked the line. Yanked out a piece of our sewer pump and left it in the yard. Made the leak 10 times worse and charged us $260 for fixing absolutely nothing. I was 9 months pregnant with a toddler running around and in no situation to argue. Totally took advantage of me.

Called a better company who figured out in a quick trip out that the problem was the power line to the sewer pump. Duke power fixed the problem at no cost to us. But we had to pay $300 to replace the piece T Smith broke on our pump.

Edit: In response to Clytie, the only advice we were given was that someone would call us back but they never did.

Out of the 5 plumbers i called for an estimates Tony is the only one that returned my call. He had me a quote to me in a few Hours. Had the work done the next day. I would highly recommend TS Plumbing.

Tony Smith and all of the plumbers that work for him are excellent, friendly, and always work with me to find the right solution. I have used T Smith Plumbing for large jobs, small jobs, and even some emergency calls in the middle of the night. They have always been there for me and stood behind their work. I highly recommend them!

Let me start by saying that we just finished building our home, so in the last 2 years we have had alot of exposure to contractors and sub-contractors. Tony and his crew (Josh and Dustin) are cut from a different cloth. I was amazed by the entire process with Tony and crew. We had them convert our traditional water heater to a tankless. From the initial meeting to quote, to the final installation, the process was PAINLESS. We were never told "no you cant do it like that" or that it was inconvenient to do it right. The pride these guys take in their work is refreshing. The installation is beautiful, everything was done properly (permits pulled and inspected), the functionality is amazing, and it was done in a very timely and convenient manner. We were never without water while home, they planned everything around us. They were there when they said they would be (you would be surprised how rare this is for contractors apparently) and we were always told what to expect and when. Ill just sum it up like this. Tony made it easy. Removing an interior water heater, and plumbing an exterior tankless, was easy. I'm happy to tell everyone I know that needs plumbing work to call Tony, no hesitation. He even took the time to check my CO detectors and anti-scald settings on my kids shower. These guys are at a different level. Good job gentlemen.

I had a very serious plumbing issue that had my toilets backed up and unable to use any water in my home. I called and left tony a message and within 15 mins he returned my call AND had his guys on their way to my home. This was a 2 part process and was quoted by the local big company that does HVAC and plumbing at over $6000. Tony was able to do it under $3000.

His guys are top notch, Jesse and Dustin especially. They explain what they are doing, if there is an alternative and what they have experienced in order to make it as easy on you as possible. Tony's mantra is that he wants your business for life, not just this job. We need more people in the community like Tony taking care of people, not gouging them.

Awesome! Tony was on it! Had the crew at my house in just a couple hours and they got my well issue corrected, price was great and they didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need! If you need well or plumbing done, here’s your local small business that delivers👍🏼 Our water pressure is so much better and we now have peace of mind that our well is practically brand new!

I called Tony to talk about a potential leak/dripping sound coming from the ceiling. Before sending someone out to investigate, Tony kindly walked me through some steps I could take to determine if there was a leak, and where it was coming from. He spent a solid 45 minutes with me, on FaceTime, running different tests. At the end of our investigation, I was confident that I did not have a leak, and the noise was a different type of noise. Tony's time and patience saved me money. He didn't have to take the time he did to help me out, but I'm so thankful he did.

Tony was quick to respond to my message for help with leaky washing machine faucets. The repairman came out the next day, at the expected time and took care of the problem. The cost for the job was reasonable. I will be using T Smith Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

I needed a plummer and this biz had decent ratings. The woman I spoke to could/would not give me any ballpark amount that a call would cost to get my slow kitchen drain running again. I had to keep looking and trying myself to get it open. I did...the next day. I texted and left a voice mail SD stating I would not need that house call on Sat. They lost a good customer.

Excellent!! Called for a leaking pipe in our office and was told Tony would call me with an estimate. Within 2 hrs. he showed up at our office and fixed the problem immediately. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Very honest and pricing is more than reasonable.

I have used Tony Smith Plumbing 4 times now. Tony is quick to respond and send 2 guys out who do a wonderful job. They have worked on the well 3 times (1 major issue and 2 minor) and inside plumbing once. All jobs done quickly and efficiently. Tony came out on the major well issue to make sure it was done and working. I refer them to friends who need plumbing done too!

I had no water and needed my issue done same day. Tony had his team come out, problem was diagnosed and solved including a wasp and hornets nest which the guys also took care of. Pricing was fair and reasonable for professionalism, high quality, labor work, etc. Highly recommend !
